Ingredients:
1/2 kg pasta
1 large onion chopped
1 garlic chopped
2 tbsp parsley
25g butter
2 tbsp oil
Bay leaf
100g cheese
Medium size peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper to taste.

PROCEDURE
Melt oil and butter in a frying pan cook the chopped onions and garlic with the parsley until they are soft but not coloured, add chopped tomatoes, bay leaf and seasonings, cook with lid for 25 mins until the sauce is thick, while the sauce is cooking, cook the pasta without breaking it in a boiling salted water, until its tender, drain well and arrange in a hot dish and pour the tomatoes sauce over top and serve with cheese. Serve hot!
