Ingredient:
1kg potatoes
1kg mince meat
2 knorr cubes
1 pack of toothpicks
3 large eggs
Groundnut oil
Spices
Pinch of salt
Pinch of sugar
PROCEDURE
peel wash and boil potatoes in salted water, allow it to cook for some minute, divide into equal size, shallow fry minced meat in oil, season with pinch of sugar, salt, and maggi. Add whole of egg, mix well, put the mixture between the potatoes and put toothpick on top, deep into beaten eggs, fry until its golden brown, repeat the process for whole. Serve hot!
