What it up my dudes I have returned!!!!!!!!
Please enjoy the chapters of the sequel I upload because whereas I won't have as long of gaps as I just did, hehe, sorry about that, I will continue updating! Enjoy!!! And if you are new to my profile, this is a sequel so please please PLEASE read "...Why?" first or this probably won't make much sense!Do you think we can trust her?" Adrien asked.
"I'm not sure," I responded, "But I'm certainly not well enough to check it out, as much as I wish I could."
"Oh ho ho, DEFINITELY not, missy," He answered, "I'll go scope it out. You stay here and rest."
"Fine," I sighed. He opened the window and took a quick lookout check before transforming.
"I'll be back soon," He said. I looked down at my lap. He walked over and put a black gloved hand on my shoulder.
"Don't worry," He assured, "I'll take care of it."
"I know," I said. But I stopped my sentence short.
I just hate feeling useless...Chat Noir's POV ((another one of those special occasions))
I hope she'll hold up okay, I thought to myself. As I dashed around the city, following a white blur with a crystal on her ear. Is it an earring? No that's not possible. Hair clip? AGH! What is that thing? I just couldn't figure it out. None of the Miraculous were the same, so it definitely was not an earring. That was for certain. But what could it be?
She stopped in an alley and pivoted. I hid in a shadowy spot.
"You still following?" She asked. I blinked.
"How did you- never mind," I responded, "Uh, who are you?"
"Who's asking?" She answered-kind of.
"The one and only Chat Noir!" I hopped out of the shadows.
"Oh! Oh well that changes things," She stuttered.
"And why is that?" I fired with a sly smirk.
"Well, everybody's heard of you, I'm just- the new girl," She said back.
"Before you ask, I'm taken."
"Don't worry, I wasn't going to ask. But, to answer your question, the name's Blanc. Accalia Blanc," She responded.
"Hey...doesn't that mean white wolf?" I wondered aloud.
"Yup. If you couldn't tell from the costume, that's kinda my thing."
"Just checking by to see if you're friend or foe. It would be kinda PAWsome to get some extra help!" I lifted an eyebrow with my signature pun smirk, earning a facepalm from Accalia.
"Well, looks like you've got a CLAWmazing new helper on your hands," She responded with a wink. With that she was gone, leaving my jaw practically on the ground.
That. Was. A. PUN!!!!! I thought excitedly. I bolted back through the city to Marinette's hospital window.Marinette's POV
The first thing I saw was Chat's head poking through the window.
"She. Makes. PUNS!" He cried.
"Oh, no!" I giggled.
"But, I'm pretty sure she's clean," He stepped all the way in and detransformed.
"That's good, but we should probably check with Master Fu, just to be safe," I responded.
"Probably for the best," He seconded.((Time skip))
"All right, you're cleared!" The doctor said. Adrien sat outside with me and called my parents so we could get a ride.
"Looks like you'll finally be able to meet Accalia!" He smiled. I stayed silent.
"Hey," He scooted closer, "Is everything okay?"
"Just-," I whispered, "Just promise you'll never replace me..."
"Replace you? Princess, are you crazy?" He responded. Then his face went dead serious.
"I could never ever replace you," He kissed my forehead, "I don't even think that's physically possible!"
"This is why I love you," I smiled.
"I know," He responded with a smirk.
Maman and Papa came and picked us up. Luckily, the akuma fight-or more accurately, war-was happening on the other side of town, so the streets near my house and the hospital were cleared for the moment.
I was almost immediately bombarded with flurries of "how are you"s, and I monotonously answered each one, not really paying attention. My focus remained on when I would be back on the job, and how I was going to deal with the tornado of akumas heading our way.
