The Next Week

The next day I woke up. I was curled up into something hard. A human. Jake. The last nights events came flooding back. He was still sound asleep arms wrapped protectively around me and a hand in my hair. I finagled myself out of the bed without waking him up miraculously and hopped into shower. I sang while I washed and threw my wet hair up and grabbed a fresh pair of panties before tiptoeing into the bedroom and stealing his T-shirt. I made scrambled eggs and toast and coffee and put it in the warmer. It was now 1148. I went back into the bedroom with a cup of coffee and put it on my nightstand before laying next him and snuggled back in. He moaned and wrapped me up in his arms again and spooned me. I fell asleep again completely and utterly content and oddly extremely happy. I woke up with a start. Someone was kissing my shoulder blade in a slow sensual manner. I turned over and a bright pair of eyes looked at me cautiously. I smiled. "Morning" before pulling his head down so his lips would meet mine with a kiss. He smiled into my lips and we soon were both sweaty and satisfied. "Uh what is that smell? I'm starving" I giggled and waited a second before I realized. "oh I uh made eggs. Come get a plate." I said throwing his shirt on myself again. We went to the kitchen and we both ate every last bit. It was now 2. I had until 6 before I had to be on set. "Wanna watch a movie?" I said. "As long as it's a good one" I giggled and selected Star Wars. And slid it in the DVD player. We watched and half way through we ended up in an intense make out session that quickly turned into sex. I ordered Chinese food and we are talking and laughing, I told him about my sister and my aunt and he told me about his dad and his brother. At 4 there was a knocking on the door. I looked through the peephole. It was the girls. I froze. "Do you want them knowing you're here? I asked him panicked. "Not until we talk about what is going on with us no, I want to keep it on the DL." I smiled tensely. "Then hide" I hissed. He started grabbing his stuff and we slipped and bumped heads before we started laughing and candy yelled "what's going on in there?" And Chloe yelled "if you don't answer the door in 2 minutes we are coming in. I put him in my office with his stuff and his Chinese and kissed him deeply before giggling and stripping naked and running into the bathroom and started steaming up the bathroom. They busted in the bathroom. "What's going on? We've been calling and texting all day!" I grimaced. I hadn't checked my phone. "Sorry I had a hangover" I said defensively. "Liar but whatever. Jordan asked me to go to Havana. He knows it's my favorite restaurant. God I love him." I stepped out of the bathroom in a towel and threw on sweats and a tank top and towel dried my hair before moisturizing my face and throwing on perfume and deodorant and started checking my phone. 10 missed calls from my agent. I sighed. Guys can I call you tomorrow? Kate called and she said it is urgent." I said dreading the phone call before it even began. They left and I slid open the door to the office and beckoned him to come out before pressing call back. He wrapped his arms around me and nuzzled my neck. She answered after 2 rings. "Lillian oh thank god. I was worried because we are 10 minutes from deadline. The Vorgees movie you so desperately wanted to be in is yours if you fax this back in 2 minutes signed and Dated! I gasped and said absolutely and immediately went to my fax snatched the paper and signed and dated and sent it back. Got it. You leave next week kiddo. You're on break from the show afternoon today so it's now or never. I'll be in touch in 7 days with more details. Ta-ta" I started jumping around excited kissing Jake and laughing. He was smiling and congratulating me before I stopped. What's wrong? I don't know I just- what are we gonna do about us? Like we haven't even talked about what we are doing. He hugged me. I think we should not say anything publicly until you're back from filming but as far as what I want, I think I want this to be serious and quite possibly long term. What about you? I smiled and nodded kissing him before replying. "I think that sounds perfect. But I really want to tell the girls. They'll be discreet. If I don't they'll just bug my place like the FBI." I said giggling. "If that's what makes you happy." I nodded. We snuggled and I invited him to stay here which he declined before I had to leave for set and by the time I got home I crawled into bed I had a text from him. "You up?" "Just got home?" "Snuggles?" "Sounds perfect." And I sent him the door code. He slid into bed and had mind blowing sex before we cuddled up and slept. Lunchtime rolled around and I asked him to go get food with his friends so I could have the girls over to tell them. "So guys I have to tell you 2 something's. I got the vorhees movie in Shanghai. I leave Sunday. But the other thing is- the door swung open to reveal Jake who didn't look at them but went the bedroom came out and darting a kiss on my lips- "sorry babe I forgot my wallet. See you later!" And left as quickly as he came in. They started screeching immediately. Chattering excitedly. I explained the conditions and they agreed to say nothing and then they left. Candy kept gloating and me? I kept floating all the way til I was in Shanghai. And then. It all fell apart.
