A Star Is Born

Wild West Premiere.

Jakes movie premiere was here and I was dressed to the nines. I was so excited for him & we were actually being allowed to walk the carpet together. Studio executives said something along the lines of 'keep it pg-13 though' it was almost impossible to find any dress that kept my small baby bump hidden.
We arrived in a Rolls Royce, and he helped me out. It was almost impossible to squeeze into this dress. I was 18 weeks pregnant at this point and I was miserable. I couldn't go 2 hours without vomiting buckets. I had a small discernible bump and we would find out the baby's gender in 2 weeks maybe less. We were planning on announcing after we found out the baby's gender.

We went to the premiere and clutched hands. We even kissed for the cameras and waved and smiled and took our seats for the camera pan. He didn't want to stay and neither did I. I was so uncomfortable and the urge to puke was coming on. After the camera swept the audience I let my seat filled take her place and scurried to the ladies room where I swiftly emptied the contents of my stomach into the toilet hastily. I pulled my travel toothbrush out of my clutch and scrubbed my teeth and my mouth clean. I rejoined Jake in The Lounge and we ate dinner and nuzzled each other and stole kisses and chatted quietly in a small wrap around booth. The movie ended and
we took our seats again and smiled broadly and clapped and cheered for the cameras. As soon as we got home I begged to be released from my dress and he obliged me, letting me shower in peace and dress for bed before I collapsed into the couch with him. He excused himself and came back. He asked me if I wanted cake and I smiled and nodded giving him a peck- he'd ordered a cheesecake with strawberry drizzle and fresh strawberries and whipped cream for tonight. It took him a few minutes but he came back holding the plate and a fork and watched me eat the cake. Suddenly my tooth landed on something hard. At first I thought it was fork but then as my mouth cleared the food from around it, it was round and it hit me! I spit the ring out into my hand and stared at in disbelief. "Lillian Bloomingdale, I have known you for 7 years. I've been in love with you for about a year now and I can't wait to have this baby with you- our baby. I want to be with you now and I want to be with you when we are old and wrinkly and no one remembers our names. Will you do me the greatest honor in life and be my wife? I'd do anything for you." I started crying  and nodded yes and said it over and over again while he showered me with kisses and slid the ring onto my finger. We made love and fell asleep in each other's arms.
The next morning my phone went off and I went to work diligently. It was almost impossible to hide this pregnancy from my cast-mates at this point- I was almost tempted to spill the beans. The only people who knew was the shows stylist, the director, and the producers and Kate and Jake and his publicist. We were staying tight lipped about it. We were just now filming the segment parts where my character reveals her pregnancy to the father who was her brothers best friend and her best friends on again off again boyfriend-they were off again at the moment- I didn't have a boyfriend on the show but the way the scriptwriters were headed was that he would become her boyfriend after everyone got over the shock that she was having a baby and his baby at that- he was a bad boy with a past and he was a lot deeper emotionally and intellectually then he let anyone see, the only person who he was himself 100% with was my character.
I had a ways to go til she started showing. They were putting me in loose sweatshirts and legging and boots- it was winter in the show & they lived in New York City. And in empire waisted loose dresses. My skin was a lot healthier then typical and they had to use a lot more foundation to cover up the shininess of my skin. Filming wrapped a lot quicker then normal and I made my way home and passed out before I knew it. Jake came into the apartment and made me dress and took me to a house- it was huge! It had 6 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a huge rectangular pool with boardwalk access, a fountain with a pool area that wrapped around a sun room and the gardens, there was tennis courts, an outside dining area complete with an outside living room. Inside there was a massive side sweeping staircase that led to level 2 of the House, to the right there was 2 doorways, one led to The ginormous kitchen with so much counter space, and a large kitchen breakfast nook, there was doors that you pushed on the buttons and they opened to outside downing areas and the tennis court, and there was a doorway smaller then the one that led to the kitchen that led to an extensive dining room complete with a fireplace and a bathroom. On the left of the house there was a large living room with a grand piano and 2 larges fireplaces. There was a hall from there that led to a library and a yoga and spa area. There was a staircase that led to a wine cellar and an indoor pool and a movie theatre. Upstairs there was 5 bedrooms with attached bathrooms. They were large and beautifully built. The very top floor was all the master bedroom and bathroom. There were 2 bathrooms and 2 walk in closets. The bedroom itself held a California king Bed and a huge sectional and a tv and 2 large night stands. It also had a Terrace that held a spectacular view. The bathrooms were next to each other, the woman's one was light and airy and had a glass steam shower, a huge claw foot tub and a huge round ottoman. There was a toilet and a bidet. The closet was on the left of this. It held 15 different closet areas for clothes 12 different shoe racks, 4 bag/scarves/ accessories racks, and a middle dresser for underthings. The second part of the closet held a large vault type safe which held jewelry. And 4 more shoe racks, 2 more accessories stations and 6 more closeted areas and another thing for things.
The mans side held a urinal and a toilet, a black stone steam shower a black tub and a dark set mirror. His closet area was to the right. It held a 10 closet sections with 2 smaller above head sections for shoes, 4 drawers underneath each area for ties and pants and a small station for men's underthings.
Then I looked at the guest house. There were 7 bedrooms each with a private bathroom. 2 were on the main floor, 3 on the third floor And 2 in the basement. There was also a large library, it own private little pool just outside of the private terrace that was also an outside breakfast area. There was a large living room, a larger kitchen with yet another kitchen nook and large dining room. On the second floor there was a second living room a small dining area and a kitchenette and in the basement as well complete with a few pool tables. There was even an outside fire pit. And a little walking garden with little fountains in the walls. The second floor had a private side entrance after climbing some.  You couldn't see the main house from the guest house at all and vice versus. It had a little footpath down a slight hill through some woodsy area from the main houses driveway to get to and from the guest house. I expected the house to be at least 300 million but Jake quietly told me the price and my jaw dropped- they were underselling the house. I asked Jake if he wanted the house and we made our offer on the spot. The real estate lady looked pleased and we wrote the check and signed the papers. We were allowed to move in immediately if we so wished- the furniture came with the house. By the end of the week were fully moved in and living our life together.
