Ash Ketchum and Serena Yvonne, and the deathly hallows (Discontinued)

Chapter 2: 2nd and 3rd year

Ash's POV

Well, in 2nd year, you see... we had a show off Defense Against the dark arts teacher. He just boasts off about how great he is. How he managed to created so many storybooks.

But as you know, boasting never leads you to a good ending. There was a series of stunning accident in the school. Serena said she kept hearing things. Weird things start to happen over through the year. Spiders escaping through the main doors of the university... Mr Sai's cat got stunned and never regained consciousness. Then, a couple more other people got stunned. Oliver Wood, my flying captain, Dean, from Fannekin house, Shawn from Fannekin house, Gary and Dawn stunned too... and also... Serena...

But thanks to Serena, I managed to find a piece of note crumpled in her hands when she got stunned. It explained all the weird things that happened. I confronted the show off Defense Against the dark arts teacher, who was busy running away from the school to take on the creature which was causing chaos to the school. When me and him were walking down to the dungeons to search that thing, the Professor confronted me with his Malamar, who used hypnosis on me. But I managed to dodge the move by moving around and hiding behind the Professor, causing the Malamar to accidentally used hypnosis on his own trainer. I took the chance that the Malamar was confused on what was happening to return it back to its pokeball.

So when I reached the dungeons, apparently, it was a Rayquaza which was controlled by team rocket scientist, Xerosic. I managed to make him leave the school after a fist punching. Surprising right?

But although I have gotten rid of the scientist, there is still a mad Rayquaza thrashing all over the place. Interestingly, it managed to use crunch and land perfectly at the area just above my heart. I thought I would die, but a Xerneas mysteriously appeared, healed my wounds, got the rayquaza to calm down, I caught it and yeah, everything is peaceful again.

3rd year

Serena's POV

Back in third year, basically, we have a really awesome defense against the dark arts teacher who taught us mainly on how to defend ourselves properly, not only with skills, but also with strategy. Obviously, the only person in class who has such a skill is Ash, unsurprisingly. He aced every single theory and practical on that subject that I ended being jealous and sulk on how bad I am. 

But not only are there good things, there are bad things. Firstly, I found out that Professor Lupin, our defense against the dark arts teacher for that year, was a werewolf. He knew it and we both kept it a secret until... I will continue later...

Secondly, my step dad escaped from the central prison in Lumiose city. Yay! But... the guards are tracking him down. They believe that my step father is in Kanto and they stationed the guards at the different points in the school. Screw the royal family in Kanto, they allowed the guards to be stationed here, right here, where Ash and I are at. Do they want us killed? Besides, I am not even sure if Aria and Clemont are still alive. After all, they haven't write to us in ages....

The guards from the central prison in Lumiose city are called dream eaters. They are barely a gas covered with cloth. The place just gets dark and creepy when they are around. Ash seem to struggle a lot when they appear. It looks like... they want to attack him...

But throughout the rest of the third year, he got some supplementary lessons and he managed to sort of conjure Xerneas. In actual fact, it was Xerneas. 

We also found out that Norman's new pet rat was actually Giovanni's assistant. He was able to turn into a rat and back into a human. When we were visiting Red, a black dog dragged us into some random hole and lead us to outside the school. That was when I knew that that was my step father. When he finished explaining, Professor Lupin appeared and forcefully turned the rat in his hands into a human, who stood hunched. His name was Wormtail. Just as he was done, Hoston appeared and stunned the 3 man and chided us for sneaking out of bed and that we were about to be expelled. But then, I sent out Braixen, who used Psybeam to stun Hoston. 

We walked out of the really creepy place after Professor Lupin made a memory charm to modify Hoston's memory of this incident. But then, as soon as we were out, Professor Lupin turned into a werewolf and we barely got away. My step father saw the dream eaters approaching and turned into a dog, who managed to scurry away. Wormtail took the chance to prevent getting captured and turned into a rat, who I got lost in the dark. Professor Hoston, sensed danger and ran off without us. So it was just left with me and Ash and the dream eaters. 

We were cornered by them and they just sort of closed in. Ash tried mumbling something, and every now and then a small flicker of light would appear and disappear. I moved over to Ash, who shielded me from the deathly looking stuff. Until we finally thought that we were dead, Ash shouted: ''EXPECTO PATRONUM!''

A bright flash of light and a complete and real form Xerneas appeared infront of us. It used Nature's Power, which managed to drive away those thingys. 

When she was done chasing them away, Xerneas walked over to me and dropped me a master ball. 

'I need you to catch me'

That's what it said. I didn't really pay much attention than throw the purple ball at her. The ball shook thrice and I caught it. 

Up till this day, I still have no idea why but I hope it will help me in my performances in the furture...

So, Professor Lupin left the school because Hoston let out the secret that Lupin was a werewolf and he was receiving complain letters from parents. So I know it kinda suck, but Ash and I managed to say our farewell to him before we left. He told us in quiet that we were one of his favourite students. Ash grew really happy until he said that all the students were his favourite. 

So yeah that's that... so... now Ash has a Rayquaza and I have a Xerneas, which no one knows about. Oh, and they got rid of the dream eaters because Professor Dumbledore sent a letter of appeal to get rid of them.

You like how I described and fast forwarded the story? You don't? oh.. great... but hey! Next chapter I promise will be interesting, in terms of storyline.
