[Hey look I'm alive!(barely tbh) I've had a lot of crap happen, drama crap -_- but I'm back and I'm gonna go through all the requests and try to get them done! Hopefully, I haven't gotten worse at writing(as if thats possible with how bad I am as is XD) but here's this long overdue chapter! I'm also gonna change my writing format after this chap~(sorry it's so short!!)]
-Nurse's POV-
I hovered above the mossy ground, listening intently for any sign of movement coming from my prey. I may be blind but I have amazing hearing, despite the sack over my head.
Shuffle
I whipped around quickly and heard a small gasp, definately feminine.
'Got you~'
I followed the running of her footsteps, the soft and hurried pit pat as she tried to save her life. I raised my hand, felt my body swirl, and then I was in front of the woman. I swung my weapon and hit her quickly, followed by a wave of pounding pain in my head.
I grunted and held my head in my hands, and shook my head before refocusing upon my victim.
I heard pained grunts after a moment and followed them, shivers of excitement running through-out me. Once it finally sounded like they were right in front of me, I swung my weapon again. I hissed excitedly when I hit home, hearing her let out a yell of pain.
I wiped my blade, smiling under my hood, and picked her up with effort. I then began walking, letting the Entity guide me to the closest hook.
I halted once His instruction stopped, slinging the girl onto the hook with ease as I was instructed. Her scream pierced the silent air as the hook pushed through her flesh, fading out to pained panting.
'Stay here, naughty girl...'
I echoed into her head, turning and heading out for my next kill. Which was right around the corner, as it seemed, someone was trying to save the girl I just hooked.
'Why hello-' I drawled, bringing the weapon down lethally. Gasping, they tried to scramble away-and of course failed.
The blade sunk into thrm somewhere upon their upper anatomy, making them collapse. I stood in confusion, staring down at the victim, wondering why they didn't put up much of a fight.
I reached down to collect the body for the Entity, but instead an electric wave washed over me. Causing the male below my feet to cry out, slurs of words tumbling out of his mouth.
I raised my head, listening intently for the culprit to appear. But nothing happened, it was so uneventful it was nervewracking. For a moment the Nurse felt like her prey-terrified, frozen, adrenaline pumping through her.
'Entity, grant me the sight to see what is plaguing my playground, I beg of you.'
She felt overhwhelmed for a moment as the sight of her surroundings rushed into her under used vision. Her eyes fluttered as she tried to focus, lifting the sack over her head slightly to see.
She wanted to crawl back under and shut off her eyes as her vision landed on the culprit, fear creeping up her spine at the unknown.
'Who are you?' She demanded in a questioning tone, fitting the sack back onto her head comfortably. She silently requested for her blindness again, awaiting the man's answer before her.
Despite her lack of sight once again, she couldn't get the picture of the man out of her head. He wore a lab coat, ripped at the sleeves, that went a bit past his knees. He had a metal contraption on his head keeping his eyes and mouth open, and sparking electricity at the top. He had a belt wrapped around his waist, which is what I assumed was keeping the lab coat closed for the most part, and a pair of black dress shoes.
He was just staring at me, electricity sparking in his hand-immediatly placing him as the culprit.
'I am Doctor Hermam Carter, and you?' He spoke lowly, his words echoing in the vast forest and bouncing off the trees and rubble.
I felt anger bubble in my chest, how DARE he come into MY forest and mess with my prey.
'None of your concern, Doctor.' I seethed, leaning down and picking up the delirious man at my feet. He didn't even bother with escape and just accepted his fate as I marched to the closest hook.
I could hear the Doctor following me closely, his breathing heavy and ragged. The anger lingered, but soon developed into annoyance.
'Is there something you need, Doctor. I'm a little busy.' I waited for an answer as I tracked a victim with less enthusiasm than before, my spirit sucked away when this man showed up.
'Why, you of course. That IS why I'm here, sent by Him himself.~' He replied smoothly, unfazed.
I paused in the middle of smashing a palette, and whipped around toward him.
'Excuse me, is this you coming onto me.' I snapped, my body language switching to one of fury. The Doctor let out a sigh, electricity sparking a bit more intensely.
'It's not like I had a choice, but I'd rather listen than fight it.'
I turned away and stalked through the forest, startling anyone I passed by. My mind was whirling, questioning His intentions.
'Do not question it, I have my reasons. But I felt I could at least pair my most loyal killers together for a new generation.'
I froze on the spot, my mind targeting the meaning. Pair, together, new generation. But before I could react, I felt a hand on my shoulder and was spun around.
'I wasn't lying when I said I had no choice, but I'm willing to go at your pace.' Doctor Herman stated, a sympathetic and nervous air about him. I bit my lip and scrunched up my nose before sighing,
'Nurse Sally Smithson.'
