Seventeenth Chapter
"The Cabin"

A Little While Later
Sara's POV

I sighed as the final bell rang, and I got up gathering my stuff, not having the energy to dart from the door away from Falcon.

He frowned at me, and pulled on my arm. "Wait a minute, what's wrong?"

"Why would anything be wrong?" I sighed, and put my binder in my backpack, slinging it over my shoulder as his eyes narrowed.

"You avoided everyone today, Seth was extremely pissy, and there was a rumor that you broke a guy's nose."

I winced. "Didn't realize I broke it." I shrugged as an afterthought. He did have it coming.

Not my problem. It was his fault for grabbing me, anyways.

Falcon stared at me. "So you broke a guy's nose, kicked him in the nuts, supposedly after jumping from a tree like a crazy lady. Not to mention Claire has been super bitchy for a few days, and trust me, when you sometimes have to sit next to her, that's like an eternity."

I surprisingly laughed at that.

"To be fair, the guy had it coming. And I think Claire and Seth broke up or somet-"

"What?! Seth and Claire broke up?" He looked absolutely horrified.

"Uh... well.. it might just be a break..."

"Dude! How the hell did you not tell me earlier?!" He sent a horrified glance over his shoulder, and winced.

"Seth doesn't take breakups of any kind very well..." He muttered, and I frowned.

"I think he's the one that wanted them to take the break."

"Why do you think that?" The look of genuine surprise on his face caused me to frown.

"Well, when I was in the tree-" I paused. "Don't judge me, it was comfortable- Seth kept trying to push Claire off of him and said that they were on a break."

Falcon frowned. "That doesn't sound like him... He usually is in the relationship until the person breaks up with him or..."

He grimaced. "Anyways-"

"Wait, wait, wait, what was that?"

"What was what?!" He asked surprisingly quick, making my eyes narrow.

"You were trying to change the subject right after-"

"LA, LA, LA, LA I CAN'T HEAR YOU!" He shouted, covering his ears with his hands and repeating the annoying sentence over and over at the top of his lungs.

I raised an eyebrow at him as he continued to walk out of the room towards where the exit to go to the cars was.

"You're horrible at avoiding topics." I commented, and he glared at me.

"Am not."

"Are so."

"Am not!"

"Are so!" I snorted, and he pouted.

"Am not!"

"Are-"

"What are you guys arguing over?" Seth sighed, interupting me.
