Chapter 5 // Middle

The moon is shining bright at the outside, but the light can't reach their room which is very dark at night.

"D-Dont kill him!" Jimin screams loudly, begging with his hands tied.

The person growls in a horrible way, kicking Jimin's stomach away who is blocking his way to someone.

"J-Jiminnie, leave me. Save yourself.."

"Jimin?" The warm voice calls for the young man who is deeply in sleep. Jimin's heartbeat races fastly when he's sleeping that makes Yoongi awake in the middle of night after his ears heard the pressure of blood in Jimin's body getting higher.

Their hands are still intertwined together at the middle of the bed. Jimin gasps loudly as his eyes open in shocked when he realised it's a bad dream.

About Yoongi and him.

"Hey, what's wro-"

Jimin launches his body to Yoongi's slender body, hugging him tightly as the hot tears are automatically rolling down his cheeks. His feelings are mixing badly, he feels happy that it was just a dream. He also feels scared that Yoongi will leave him,

Most important feeling is he feels safe when he hugs the demon to let his feelings flow together with his tears.

"H-Hyung, d-dont leave." Jimin mumbles softly at Yoongi's ear, keeping his grip tight as he doesn't want to let Yoongi knows he is scared.

The demon never experienced something like this before, but for Jimin he able to control the crying young man very well. It just feels very natural having him to hug the demon's body.

Yoongi returns the hug gently, brushing the younger's hair to comfort him. His pale fingers are dancing in the soft hair of the young man, "I won't, Jiminnie."

Jiminnie..

Jimin cries harder when the demon that he barely knows being so soft around him.

How could someone like you exist? You're so kind to me.

"I have no answer for that question in your head, Jiminnie." Yoongi chuckles when the question popped in the younger's head and he able to know it clearly.

Jimin usually will get sulky and mad if Yoongi listens to what he says in his mind but he doesn't care this time because he wants Yoongi to know that he appreciates every second of him being at Jimin's side.

After the younger's body has relaxed a bit with Yoongi hugging his shaking body of crying too much, the older gently puts Jimin beside him and smiles warmly. "Don't worry, I won't leave until death makes us apart."

Jimin wipes his tears harshly and pulls the demon's arm beside him and hugs him with hiding his head below. "Please don't leave me, even the death shouldn't make you leave me."

The demon feels the warm feeling on his chest, the young man who is hugging him like a child is just too pure in this cruel world and that makes the protective-self inside the demon is growing harder just to protect him.

"I won't leave you, my lord. Now, sleep okay? I'm here, I will wait for you until you sleep then I will join you." Yoongi whispers with Jimin's head on his chest, hugging the slim waist of the demon.

Jimin mumbles a 'okay' and closes his eyes with the warmth around him who is keeping him safe and protected.

Yoongi smiles sweetly at the scene, he has never experienced of having such a soft and adorable lord like Jimin.

He always get the abusive lord before who will order him nonstop because they know the contract has been made and Yoongi can't disobey them.

But Jimin, Park Jimin. He never takes advantage of him, because deep down inside his tiny sweet heart, he cares a lot about his only demon who protects him when he needs someone.

"G-Good night, hyung. Can you stay here, like this until I wake up at the next morning? I-I don't want to sleep alone tonight." Jimin asks shyly, he knows he can tell Yoongi whatever he wants because the demon will obey him but he hates the concept. He wants to be soft around the demon and instead of telling, he wants to ask. That is Park Jimin, the softest human that Yoongi ever met.

"I promise I will be there whenever you want to, my lord. Good night, my angelic human." Yoongi whispers sweetly, caressing Jimin's hair until he falls into a deep sleep.
