Chp 25: ~Jungkook ending~

My heart belonged to Jungkook. The more I thought about everything that we've been through I feel like...

It's just him.

His soft touch that makes her go crazy, his beautiful voice that she was glad to give up her own for. He was always hurt when she was, and tried to take care of her as best as he could, even though he made mistakes.

They met at a cafe and they were just flustered, Jungkook's bunny grin stayed the same as he kept looking everywhere else but her. He was obviously happy.

"I..." He finally broke the silence. "I'm so happy. I thought you'd say no after all I've..." He sighed. "But I promise I'll take better care of you." He held her hand, and brought to his lips, she could feel his smile.

"Can I?" He said as he held one of her hands,waiting to take her mask off.

Hyejin looked around and she sighed before writing.

Don't say I didn't warn you... you haven't seen it in a while

Jungkook shook his head and lowered her mask.

Perhaps the beauty inside does make the outer beauty come out. She looked the same, however, why was it that she looked different?

Perhaps... she was her own kind of beautiful?

The kind of beauty no one could ever find.

Beauty on the inside, as cheesy as it sounds, flows out on the outside, perhaps even outshining the physical 'ugliness', that society claims to be real.

Jungkook thought it was special, and he knew he was going to have to to teach her that it was too.

"Beautiful." He said, meaning it making her surprised.

She smiled and a single tear shed from her eyes and smiled. Now she'd have someone to cry on besides her mother, someone who doesn't exactly share the pain, but tries his best to understand which makes her heart warm.

Perhaps... this was the new chapter where she'd be able to learn to

Love herself.

Wouldn't you prefer IU or something? She can actually talk and she's so pretty and you seem like you're in love with her-

Jungkook didn't bother to read the rest and immediately smudged it all with his fingers. "No. I like her music that's all."

Hyejin nodded.

"But I like yours more."

She shook her head not wanting to. It hurt to sing in all honesty. It hurt a lot. And maybe she could talk but the pain was too much as if she felt bullets getting shot at her throat. If she tried to any longer it would seriously injure her.

"Please?"

But he didn't know that.

Will it make you happy?

"Definitely."

She sang/hummed the chorus part of House of cards, which was her best card (ㅋㅋㅋ).

Jungkook almost cried when it was over. "Why is it you're so perfect..." He whispered softly to her. "I love you so much."

I do too.

She cupped his cheeks and kissed his lips gently, and pulled away before he pulled her close again. She broke it off smiling, the two both flustered.
