Kiss it better

Wow, wait a sec.

Stefan ran outside, following the sound of the screams he heard right into the gardenshed were he saw Jade standing on a stool and pointing to the corner of the room "there is a freakin spider, right there!" Jade almost screamed into Stefan's ear. "You're still afraid of spiders, butterfly?" Stefan smiled while walking over to the corner and searched for the spider. "Duh, they are little, scary creatures and i hate them even more than i hate guys!" Quickly Stefan took a step back letting out a scream "OH MY GOD!" Jade screamed "WHAT? WHAT? did it move?" Jade screamed even louder while covering her eyes. Stefan laughed. "You're so easy" he smiled and kneeled down to pick up the small spider and walked outside to let it free safely. "Thank you bubby!" Jade smiled as Stefan walked back into the shed and while wrapping her arms around his neck Stefan wrapped his arms around her waist and lifted her off the chair, setting her down on the ground without letting go of eachother. While looking into eachothers eyes Jade smiled "You are amazing Stefan, you're seriously the bestest friend any girl could wish for and i love you bubby." Stefan smiled "I love you too butterlfy." 

Suddenly, without any warning from either of them, they leaned in and softly let their lips touch. It wasn't a real kiss but it also wasn't nothing. It didn't last long but neither of them said anything after it happend for a bit. "I think i better get going Jade. I need to call Lily and ask her how things are going." Stefan said while slowly letting go of her. She knodded and gave him a confused half smile while watching him walk away. "What was that..." Jade whispered to herself while walking back inside and straight into her bathroom, not paying any attention to the mess in her living room. While turning on the water, filling up her bathtub, she looked into the mirror at her face, which felt kinda weird if she was honest to herself. "We're both just a bit drunk and maybe even a little heartbroken after this weird stupid party." She shrugged as she undressed herself, turn on a random playlist on her phone, got into the tub and let her body slowly relax in the hot water. After an hour or so Jade got up, wrapped a towel around herself and walked into her bedroom, letting her tired body fall down onto her bed. Suddenly her phone rang, she quickly looked at the screen and saw a face that suddenly gave her a weird feeling in her stomach? Butterflies? Or maybe it was just stress for what she was about to hear.

"Hey Jade, just wanted to check up on you." Jade smiled "I'm fine Stefano, don't worry about me, the other spiders didn't get me after you left" She heard a chuckle on the otherside of the phone. "I'm sorry for what happend, i think we both just had one too many drinks and just all the drama with Lily and Spencer just got the best of us." "I agree, but hey you don't have to say sorry bubby, it was just a small peck on the lips, it's not like we had a sex or anything." They both laughed, just like always and Jade felt her body instantly relax. "See you later Stefano." Jade said while smiling. "See you later miss disco." and the phone went silent. Jade got up and changed into one of her favorite shirts and got into bed.

Jade woke up covered in sweat and sat up as he searched her bedside table for her phone. 4:30AM. "Shit, i could sleep like 2 more hours." Jade thought as she got up out of bed, way too confused to get any more sleep. While walking to the kitchen to make herself some tea, she tried to remember the dream that woke her up. Stefan and her kissing, and dancing on some kind of party. And not a small kiss or anything but a full on make-out session. Jade was used to having dreams about kissing guys and maybe doing some other stuff too..BUT never ever has she had one of those dream including Stefan. Never ever had she even thought about kissing him or anything and now all of a sudden she started dreaming about this stuff. "Just forget it Jade, you 2 are best friends. NOTHING more, don't ruin things, you're just a little confused and maybe even hungover." She said to herself while sitting down with her cup of tea.

But what if it wasn't cause of the hangover that she felt weird about that dream? What if that small kiss last night, woke up something very, very deep inside of her..?
