Kiss it better

Sleepless night.

Stefan's pov.

2 AM and he just couldn't get his mind to rest and his eyes to close. Stefan just kept thinking about Jade and her date and that he just knew that they probably weren't that perfect for eachother. Not that he ever had the urge to interfere with Jade her love life but now he had this weird feeling in his stomach and he just couldn't figure out what it was. Hopefully he could soon because these sleepless nights were not good for him, he knew that from experience. So he decided to get up and just make another playlist like he always did when he was bored or couldn't sleep. 

4:30 AM. 4 playlists later and i kinda felt himself getting a little tired so he quickly  turned off his laptop and crawled into bed. As soon as he closed his eyes he started dreaming about Jade, they were both by the lake Stefan had visit a while ago, they were holding hands and sat on a picknick blanket staring into eachothers eyes when Jade leaned in and kissed him. Suddenly he woke up. 7:30AM. Well atleast this is a better hour to wake up he thought to himself. He got up, walked to the bathroom and turned on the shower. He just didn't understand why he was feeling so weird lately, the dreams, kissing Jade in her gardenshed,.. this had to stop. Once he got out the shower he decided to go for a run in the park, that wouldn definitely clear his mind of these thoughts.

8:06AM was staring back at him when he looked at his phone after he came home from his run. He hopped back into the shower, let the water run over his neck and back and after he made himself some breakfast in the kitchen. He sat down with his food on the couch and turned on the tv, flipping through the channels. He found a tv show that might be interesting and watched it for a while before he eventually got bored anyways so he decided to text Jade just some random things. After a while he asked her if she had heard anything from he date to which she replied that they were meeting up again that night and he sighed. After not texting back for a couple minutes he got another text from Jade asking him if he was okay. He wrote her back that he was fine and asked if she wanted to go for lunch tomorrow so he could tell her everything and she agreed. He laid his phone on the table and started flipping throught the channels again.

4PM. Stefan got up from the couch after he watched a few shows and fell asleep a couple times and walked over to his laptop so he could order some food. While waiting for his food he was looking online at some clothes and just some random things. The doorbell rang and he got up, paid for his food and sat back down on the couch and ate the food while just staring outside and letting his mind wander.

11PM, time for bed, he said to himself also knowing that it would atleast take a couple more hours before he actually got some sleep. He was happy though that he was meeting Jade later, knowing he's be seeing her always made him happy. 

1:30AM. After rolling around in his bed for a long time, he finally found some rest and after closing his eyes his dreams were filled with his best friend again.
