The crew were already in high spirits when she stepped foot aboard the Gromka Pirate ship.
"Well what do we have here? A sweet lass has driften into our ship" an older looking man appeared swinging behind her.
"Get away from me" Alena spun around grabbing the first thing she could, pointing at
"You know a vegetable doesn't really scare me" the pirate laughed as it moved closer to the Sangre
"Then maybe this would" Alena gestured and a water whip rose from the sea
"Fancy magic but the years I've spent in the rough ocean is scarier than a mere water whip" he then launched himself to Alena trying to hug her but the Sangre quickly evaded the attacker. She lashed out her whip putting on a spell that made the water spin, tearing the skin of the attacker.
"Argh!" the pirate reaches for his back which is now bleeding
Alena just focused
"You'll pay for this" the pirate pulled two hand ax from the side of his pants when suddenly a blast from above broke their fight.
"That's enough you damn geezer" a middle-aged looking man said, his voice cracked in an unusual way. His clothes were pieces of various clothing stitched together in a unique piece, slightly opened in the chest area, revealing a suntanned skin. He's got a golden necklace that is hanging up to his navel. His body is also well built.
"I can take this pashnea and make her my pet" the old pirate licked his lips
"I'm just warning you fool, she's not an ordinary encantada. She's a royal blood. Am I right?" the man looked at Alena. His green eyes feels like its piercing her skin.
"Y-Yes, yes I am" Alena answered
"Well then thank you for informing. Now I'm sure that well get an absurd amount of money in exchange for you" the man grinned revealing his yellowish teeth, he aimed his weapon at Alena and fired a shot. The Sangre quickly dodges, she's read about that weapon. It's one of the prototypes of the hathors' firearm.
"Pashnea!" Alena shouted as she appeared above the older one, kicking his nape and rendering him unconscious. The other one aimed his weapon at her but the Sangre was quick to lash out her whip on the weapon, blocking the passage where the bullet goes out.
"Shit!" the man throws away his firearm and draws out two machete-looking swords
"So I assume that's your main weapon?" Alena focuses her magical energy on the self-made whip she's holding, one wrong mistake and she's dead.
"HRUAH!" the man jumped and started swinging his swords in a frenzy, Alena focused her eyes on the weapons.
"You're not even graceful in handling those swords, you're very far from my apwe" Alena said as she flicks her wrist, attuned with the rhythm of the swords. And not long after she had already entagled her attacker.
"Ha . . hahahaha, very good Sangre, you've earned your place in my ship" the man heartily laughed.
"H-huh?" Alena made the whip turn into water and had a puzzled look.
"I already knew who you were, my good friend Imaw already sent a message beforehand, I just wanted to know if you're worthy enough for us to be risking our lives in treading the center of the most dangerous waters of Encantadia"
"W-well I'm glad I've proven myself to you" Alena blushed
"Well you seem to be the type not to hold grudges, so, welcome aboard" the man gestured his hands for Alena to go up deck.
