Redoing the Done (book 2 of Changes)

"Yoongi!" Hoseok ran to Yoongi and hugged him, kissing all over his face.

"What is happening!?" Koni was backed up against the counter, her face pale as snow. Hoseok helped Yoongi stand up, but it had been two years sense he had been human, Yoongi was extremely off balance and couldn't stand on his own.

"It's still Yoongi, but this is really him. He was a hybrid, but the treatment at the hospital turned him all the way into a cat. Someone said they could help me, and it worked! It really worked!" Hoseok led Yoongi over to Koni and she held her hand out hesitantly. Yoongi awkwardly shook it, his hands trembling.

"H-H-Hi," Yoongi leaned back on Hoseok, becoming increasingly shy.

"Y-You know what? Take the rest of the week off. You need to get...used to things." she waved them out the door, and Hoseok picked up Yoongi and spun him, making the other squeak in surprise.

"I'm just sooooo happy!" Hoseok squealed. Yoongi laughed, his voice scratchy from disuse. Hoseok gave Yoongi a piggy back ride all the way back to the dorms, Yoongi flexing his fingers, trying to figure out how to be human again.

As Hoseok walked down the street, his phone buzzed in his pocket.

"Can you reach that Yoongi?" Yoongi reached down and pulled Hoseok's phone carefully out of his pocket, trying to keep his fingers firm on the small rectangular object. Hoseok blushed when Yoongi's hand brushed his butt. Yoongi turned the phone on and entered in the password, which he knew Hoseok never changed. There was a text from Tae.

Taelian: something really amazing just happened!

"W-what s-should I-I say?" Yoongi asked, stumbling over his words.

"Tell him same here," Hoseok was nearing the dorm.

Hobi: same here

Taelian: mine has to be twice as amazing

Hobi: I wouldn't be so sure.

Tae leaned against his kitchen counter.

"What does he mean 'Don't be so sure'?" Tae looked down at the figure sitting at his feet as he heard a knock on the door. When he opened it, Hoseok was standing, smiling widely, with someone one his back. Tae couldn't see who it was, as the figure had a hoodie on and had his face buried in Hoseok's neck.

(Yoongi turned back into a human wearing the same clothes as when he turned into a cat, but no, it's not like he was wearing them the entire time.)

"Who is that Hoseok?" Tae asked, pointing at the boy, whose white bangs hung from the hood, giving Tae a tiny hope of someone he had only seen a fractured form of for a long time.

"My amazing thing!" Hoseok's smile widened, if that was even possible.

"Who. Is. He?" Tae repeated, his curiosity blooming. Hoseok set the person down, making him wobble and fall to the ground. His face was still looking down, but his hood fell and showed his white cat ears.

"Is that...Yoongi?" the figure looked up and smiled weakly. Tae sucked in a huge breath.

"YOONGI!" Tae grabbed Yoongi and hugged him as hard as he could until Yoongi groaned,

"I-I can't b-b-breath!" Tae let go and pulled both people into the dorm.

"Jimin already saw, and he and my amazing thing are in the kitchen." Tae got a peculiar look on his face, like he was the happiest person in the world. Yoongi sat on the couch, still flexible enough to sit like a cat. Tae went into the kitchen and came out carrying a bunny hybrid and Jimin following him.

"Jungkook! You're a human again!" Hoseok ran to him and pulled him from Tae's arms. Jungkook looked only half awake, and he squirmed in excitement. Hoseok set him down on the couch and noticed Yoongi nodding off.

"Aww, is my little kitten tired?" Yoongi nodded and put his head on the headrest of the couch. Hoseok picked him up and held him to his chest, Yoongi laying his head on Hoseok's shoulder.

"Well, I'm going to bring him home, sorry to interrupt the reunion, but Jungkook looks a little tired too." and with that he glided out the door.

Soon Yoongi was curled up on the bed and Hoseok was trying to call Jissu so he could tell her what had happened. She picked up on the third ring.

"Hello this is Seon Jissu, may I ask who's calling?" Her voice was impatient so Hoseok decided to cut straight to the point.

"It's me Hoseok, the thing you gave me, it worked!"

"It did? Well in that case, you're welcome. Do you um... Mind if I get a uh... Photo of Yoongi? I really like keeping track of the hybrids I help."

"No not at all," Hoseok hung up and pulled out his phone. He quickly snapped a photo of the sleeping Yoongi, and sent it to Jissu. She texted a thanks and an aww.

Hoseok settled down on the bed next to Yoongi and for the first time in two years, pulled Yoongi into his chest and fell asleep.
