Aito the Oni demon ((Or for short just call him Aito))

Invulnerability, Various forms of disaster manipulation.

with this ability either is or can transform into an Oni, variously translated as demons, devils, ogres or trolls. Depictions of oni vary widely but usually portray them as hideous, gigantic ogre-like creatures with sharp claws, wild hair, and horns growing from their heads. They are humanoid for the most part, but occasionally, they are shown with unnatural features such as odd numbers of eyes or extra fingers and toes. Their skin may be any number of colors, but red and blue are particularly common and are often depicted wearing tiger-skin loincloths and carrying iron clubs.

↠{Weakness}↞

Up to now, it's been pretty easy to deal with enemies once you find their weakness. But Oni is strong against regular attacks and gun attacks and isn't weak to any element. I don't want to burn a bunch of SP by having everyone use their magic attacks, so what's the best way to deal with enemies like that? I assume this won't be the last I face an enemy like this, so it would be good to know moving forward.

Looks can be deceiving when it comes Aito, but at the very least he's resourceful and compassionate. Of course he's also optimistic, earnest and courageous, but they're far less prominent, especially compared to impulses of being irrational as well.
His resourcefulness though, this is what he's often adored for. People often count on this and his captivating nature in times of need.

Nobody's perfect of course and Aito has plenty of less favorable characteristics too. His uncaring nature and shallowness aren't exactly fun to deal with and just affect all around negatively.
Fortunately his compassion is there to relift spirits when needed.

<Description of species>
Oni are one the greatest icons of Japanese folklore. They are large and scary, standing taller than the tallest man, and sometimes many times that. They come in many varieties, but are most commonly depicted with red or blue skin, wild hair, two or more horns, and fang-like tusks. Other variations exist in different colors and with different numbers of horns, eyes, or fingers and toes. They wear loincloths made of the pelts of great beasts. All oni possess extreme strength and constitution, and many of them are also accomplished sorcerers. They are ferocious demons, bringers of disaster, spreaders of disease, and punishers of the damned in Hell.
