It's Hard To Love Again.

No more Cheerful.

"Manami get up, it's already 8..you'll be late for your first day for college" shouts an annoyed Okuda Rei.

Okuda Rei is Okuda Manami's 26 year old brother and a chef. He has raven hair just like Manami and has his own small ramen shop. which he runs along with the help of Isogai Yuma who is Manami's former Junior High classmate.

Manami comes down all dressed up. She looked really dark and glum. She settles down on the table.

"Hurry up and eat this and get going to College" Rei hands down a bowl of rice with egg topped on it and a bowl of soup.

Manami silently eats it until ahe notices Rei staring at her.

"What is it?" asks a calm Manami.

"No...nothing...just...how is the food?" he asks curiously.

"Oh....It's good" answers Manami with the straightest face.

"Just good?" an embarassed Rei waits for Manami's response. Manami gets up from her chair and thanks for the food and walks away.

"Hmm.....still gloomy" sighs Rei.

Manami starts heading out.

"Manami....wait...." calls out Rei as Manamo stops in her way.

He hands her a bento which she takes as usual with the most serious of face.

"Take care" Rei waves his hands.

"Its really been to long since she's been like that, Kami-sama, help my little sister" Rei silently prays for his sister's wellbeing.

Manami walks towards her classroom when she bumps into someone.

"Ow, what the can't you see where you are walking?" grunted the boy.

Manami gets up and bows down in apology to the boy and starts walking towards the class.

The boy stares at her in amuse before his attention is distracted by a familiar face.

"Asano kun why are you spacing out there" calls out Isogai.

"Oh It's you" sighs Asano as he keeps on staring at Manami.

Isogai follows the direction that Asano was staring at.

"She's your former classmate right?" asks Asano signaling towards Manami.

"Oh Manami san, yes she was and looks like we'll be mates again"

"I remember her being so cheerful and happy all the time"

"Well.....she's No more cheerful"

"Why is that so?" asks Asano again

"Well....it's a long story....."

"You made me curious, now you have to tell me"

"Well She and Karma went out with each other"

The disbelief look on Asano's face was quiet visible to Isogai.

"She went out with Akabane? Like Seriously" freaked out Asano.

"They were dating for 3 years until the last 6 months when everything changed"
