It's Hard To Love Again.

What should I do?

Karma passionately hugs Manami when suddenly Manami pushes him away in force.

"What are you doing here Karma kun?" Asks an angry Manami.

"I came here to see you only" answers a laid back Karma.

"Is this a joke to you?" She asks again.

"What do you mean? I really wanted to see you"

"You left me alone. Alone to suffer and now you're suddenly here saying you wanted to see me?." Manami runs away.

Karma chases after her before Asano stops him.

"Akabane, stop right there"

"What is it can't you see Okuda san is upset with me. I have to cheer her up"

"It's better if we leave her alone for a while, by the way why did you come back?" Asks Asano.

"I told you I missed her badly"

"Then why did you even leave her?"

Asano's question silences Karma.

"Do you know how much she suffered because of you?"

"I know that, I shouldn't have left her and I realise it is my mistake"

"That isn't the only thing"

"What do you mean?" Asks Karma.

As Asnano reveals the story Karma is taken aback. Dejection writes all over his face.

"So you had no idea she was pregnant?" Questions a doubtful Asano.

"Yes I am telling you the truth. I really had no idea about it otherwise I would never ever have left her alone. After that night I thought if calling her but then I lost all my contacts and then the burden of studies came over me" Karma curses himself.

"Asano kun?" He looks upto Asano.

"You have to help me get back with Okuda san." Pleads Karma.

"What are you saying Karma. That is not possible?" A horrified Asano squeaks.

"Why not?" Asks a surprised Asano.

"Because she.............." Asano falls silent.

"Because she is really hurt" he adds.

"I really need your help Asano kun"

"Why?" Asks Asano.

"Because I want her back. I still love her. I came back from the States because I wanted to see her again."

Asano stares at Karma in disbelief.

"I made a mistake and I want to solve that mistake. Please help me" pleads Karma.

"I.....I....don't... I can't.....  Okay I will help" A hesitant Asano stammers while replying Karma.

Manami lost in her thoughts walks down the street.

"Why does it always happen with me. why?" Manami curses herself.

"Okuda,...." Calls out Asano as Manami stops in her way.

"Okuda...... I need to talk to you"

"What is it Asano kun" Manami forces a smile on her face.

"I... Think.... You need to give Karma a chance"

"What?" Squeaks shocked Manami.

"What are you saying Asano kun. Are you out of your mind?" She added.

"Don't you think he deserves a chance?" Says Asano as Manami gives an angry glare.

"Just like you gave me a chance" added Asano softly as the anger slowly dissappears from her face.

"Why are you doing this Asano kun?" Asks a heartbroken Manami.

"He still really loves you a lot, he never knew about your situation otherwise he would have never done that. He came back for you only."

"I....I need a little time to think about it" says Manami as she walks away.

"He'll be waiting at the park tomorrow at noon" says Asano.

Karma comes out of hiding.

"Thanks Asano kun, I owe you one" thanks Karma.

Asano walks towards the bathroom and shuts the toilet room.

He silently sits down on the floor as tears slowly drip down his face. He covers his face but his tears just wouldn't stop.

The next day Karma waits at the Park, the time was almost noon but there was no sight of Manami.

"I guess she is not coming" sighs a heartbroken Karma when suddenly he sees Manami walking towards him.

He rushes towards her and instantly gives her a hug.

"Karma kun.....I need to say-"

Manami is cut short in between when she hears Karma crying.

"Are you crying?" Asks a surprised Manami.

"I'm so sorry Okuda san. I should have never left you. I'm really sorry." Weeps Karma.

Manami has never Karma weep after Koro sensei's incident, she falls silent and all the anger that was inside of her faded away.

"What should I do?" a confused Manami wonders.

"K....karma kun?" Says Manami as Karma looks into her eyes.

"I.....I.....will....take.... you back..... but I want you to never ever leave me again."

"I promise you I will never ever leave you again" he softly kisses Manami who doesn't respond back to his kiss confusing Karma.

"I want to tell you something else as well" says Manami.

"Okuda san.....is everything okay here?" Asks Karma.

"Asano kun proposed me.....yesterday....."

Karma eyes widened as he listens to Manami's words.

"So what was your answer?" Asks a serious Karma.

"I did not answer"

"And I don't think you will need to answer that as well" says Karma.

"Why are you saying that?" Asks a confused Manami.

"Well it's obvious I'm your boyfriend and answering him will be pointless"

"Well.....you..... are right." Replies Manami.

"Now....now I want you to smile then" says Karma as Manami smiles.

And not so far away Asano in disguise eavesdrops on both of them.

"She looks really happy" says Asano as he watches botht of them.
