Three months later after Sean's passing, Jenny Faye tried to get on with her life. She worked doubly hard to keep him out of her mind...until it took it's toll on her. The fatigue and stress eventually had her checking into a hospital. Illness befell her.
As soon as Tommy heard about it, he didn't waste time. He took all the courage he could muster and visited Jenny Faye. At this point, he is single again after a messy breakup with Alice which prompted the latter to go to Australia.
In the hospital, Jenny Faye's parents decided to leave the two to talk. This is going to be the first time in years that they'll be able to talk alone. Tommy cleared his voice and started the conversation.
"I know no amount of words can ease the pain you're feeling right now Jenny. And I'm terribly sorry if I was part of it, somehow. I just want you to know that I'll always be here. I'll help you to recover. I'll wait for you 'til you're ready to open up your heart again. And if that time comes, I'll hope that you'll open it up for me." he said with much love.
"I dunno Tommy. It's too much to bear. Sean helped me move on. He was my knight in shining armor, he was my clown, my prince. He was everything to me. I had him at the lowest time of my life. And it's so unfair loosing him just like that!" tears continuously run her face as she recounts every memory she had with him.
"I know I wasn't any of that, Jenny. But with all the love I have for you now, I can be whatever you want. I will wait 'til eternity if that's how long it will take for you to love me again. I won't stop trying until I win you back." Tommy, now in tears too, sounded so broken.
"It won't be easy, I know but we'll cross the bridge when we get there." Jenny concluded.
As Tommy promised, he never stopped courting her. He never ceased in making her feel special everyday. The 'special feeling' he felt the first time he knew he was in love with Alice was not as intense as what he is feeling right now. It may be due to the fact that it wasn't easy winning Jenny Faye back. The hardships he had to go through to prove his worth did it.
A year after, when all wounds were completely healed, Tommy and Jenny Faye officially became a couple. This news has sent both their parents rejoicing!
"What did I tell you boys?! It'll be fate who will decided who's going to be right for you!" Marinella said with conviction. They were having a party as the business partners eventually closed a big deal which will make them 10 million pesos richer.
"Well, cheer to fate for bring our kids back in each other's arms then" Freddie said as he raised his glass.
"So, shall we plan the big wedding day then?" Kate, excited with the thought of seeing Jenny Faye walk the aisle.
"We'll leave it to the kids now. Besides, it'll be their history they'll be making!" Angus said to his wife.
While the couple enjoyed the victory party, Tommy and Jenny was having a moment together."
"How many kids would you like to have, babe? Tommy popped the question out while they were lying on the grass in a secluded part of the Ferrer's huge garden.
"It'll depend. I'd say I'd like four. Two girls and two boys. I want a big family. I guess because I'm an only child." Jenny Faye said.
"Depends on what though?" Tommy asked, looking puzzled.
"Depends on your 'performance'!" Jenny Faye teased as she laughed her heart out. This is the first time she'd ever laughed like this!
"Oh, so you're challenging me, huh! I'd let you be the judge...right about now, Mrs. Jenny Faye Ferrer!" Tommy said as he intensely kissed Jenny Faye. She responded back with longing as she let Tommy took over her entire being. The two made mad, passionate love under the moonlight.
Two months after, Jenny Faye discovered that she was pregnant. She immediately informed Tommy about it. Excited about the news, they started planning their wedding day right before Jenny Faye's tummy shows.
Tommy's family went to Jenny Faye's house to formally ask her hand in marriage. And as expected, everyone was very happy with the news. They set the final date and everyone started talking in unison. The two decided to leave the room instead.
In the balcony, the two whispered sweet nothings to each other while exchanging kisses that will mark the start of their forever!
