Butters frowned as he saw Tweek on his doorstep in the morning. "You can't keep avoiding Craig without an explanation you know?"

"E-exactly! Agh! I'm g-going to see him after s-school whether I want to or not!" His body still twitched as he took a sip of his coffee. "What do I do?!"

Butters groaned so loud that he accidentally woke up his parents. A shuffle of feet came downstairs and two worried faces stared at the two boys. "Is everything oka- Oh Tweek! Hello there!" She approached the door and opened it wide enough to welcome the spaz. "What brings you here?"

The twitchy blonde muttered a few words. He didn't want to say he wanted to talk to their son because then they'll make things very awkward. He came into Butter's place because he felt comfortable and safe. He only stared at the floor and stayed silent. Butter's mother didn't ask him anymore and just left the two to be. The shorter blonde frowned and sat on the coach next to him. He sighed. "Tweek. You're having love problems. Really bad love problems."

The coffee lover put down his cup. "I know I a-am! Which is why I need y-your help!"

He shook his head. "I'm not going to help you avoid Craig. Have you even thought about his feelings? He's going to be in pain if he finds out what you're doing." He knew his plans and didn't approve of it. Avoiding people especially your best friend doesn't solve anything. You just hurt yourself and other people at the end. Butters wants him to realize this. He sighed again. "And yeah that Tucker might not give a shit about a lot of things but he gives a shit about you."

The twitchy blonde began to pull on his hair. He didn't want to hide from Craig, let alone hide these feelings he's keeping from him. He wants to use his friend's advice but he's a coward. He can't just not avoid him. He made a choice to himself last night that he'll stop hanging out with him. It was for his sake. He can't handle heartbreak. He just can't. He had nightmares of him being rejected and it seemed so real. One thing he knew is that Craig is straight. He's always been. If he confesses to him now, it's not going to change his sexuality. Then he thought about what Butters said, how he might hurt his best friend's feelings. He bit his lip. "He won't c-care..."

Right now the short blonde was in the kitchen refilling his friend's coffee cup. What he heard didn't just make him angry, but made him drop the cup to the floor. He knew he was lying. Butters knew that Craig cared about him more than anyone else. So why did he have to lie to himself? "Shut up. Shut up! Geez why are you doing this to yourself?! Craig cares! And you know damn well." He pointed his finger at him. "You are not going to hide from him and instead give him a good explanation of why you're acting so strange!"

"B-but...."

He put down his finger and returned to refilling the cup. "I'm not forcing you to tell him what's on his mind. Just...tell him something that'll make him not worry so much. Because you are the reason why you have to avoid him."

Tweek flashbacked to yesterday night. How his emotions were so obvious that Craig noticed for a long time and how he made up another lame excuse that Tucker wasn't going to take this time. It was his fault he got yelled at. His fault he kept secrets from him. His fault that he had to avoid him. But he had to be completely honest with himself, what Butters said wasn't actually so bad. This is his chance to start to control his feelings like his best friend and to prove he's not keeping secrets. He wasn't sure what excuse to make. It just can't sound like an excuse. He's lying to him. Again. But he has to. He has to. "O-ok. I'll take y-your advice. But for t-the record, I'm going to avoid him as much as possible in school."

The short blonde gave him his cup back and nodded his head. "As long as you don't avoid all the time. So you're basically going to hide from him during school but not outside school? Geez." He took his backpack and opened the door. It was time for them to go. "Mom! Dad! We're heading out!" He shut the door and they began to walk.
