(Daniel's pov)

I was thinking it was either Corbyn coming to the kitchen to get a bite of food. But no, surprisingly. It was Allison.

As the time was currently 10, Allison would normally fall asleep way earlier. And stay asleep. I was surprised that she was awake at this hour.

She seemed wide awake. Maybe the movie we watched got her to scared. Or she woke up by a noise, probably me making noises.

The silance broke between us as she spoke out to ask a question. In a low, soft whisper.

Allison: Daniel, where are you going?

Me: I'm gonna go on a walk to the park near here. I can't sleep.

Allison: Is it okay if I can go with you?

Me: Yeah, let's go.

Even if I couldn't see her face clearly, I could see her beautiful smile.

She hustled to put on a sweater and ran over to the door. We both walked out the door and let the cold LA air hit our faces.

It was enough to give me chills run down my arms. Okay, it was really cold.

The park wasn't that far from the house, maybe a mile or 2?

But I still had a question. Why was Allison up?

As I turn to speak to her, she was rubbing the sides of her arms. I mean it was cold, but that cold? Well I can't blame her, I have a thicker sweater than she has.

Me: Hey Allison.

Allison: Hm?

Me: How come you didn't stay asleep?

I chucked a bit and she giggle and sighed.

Allison: I kinda woke up from a nightmare.

She ducked her head down and sped up a bit. I quickly grabbed her by the waist.

Me: Woah, woah. Slow down a bit ally.

(Allison's pov)

Ally, ally, ally! He called me by a nickname. Yeah Kylie calls me that too, but she only has. But now Daniel.

Just by the nickname, it made me blush.

Daniel: Was the movie that frightening for you?

Me: Ye....ah.

Both of his hands we're on my waist, so warm. I wasn't as cold anymore.
He pulled me into a hug and laughs.

I was surprised of that, but I soon huged back.

At the park...

Once we got to the park, there was a swing set. You bet I ran to them. I immediately sat on one of them and waited for Daniel to catch up to me.
He was completely out of breath.

Daniel: I know your short, but dame your fast.

Me: Thanks, hey!

I pretend to be hurt by putting my hands over my heart and kicked sand onto his white slip on vans.

He gave me a death stare and ran behind me. I was nervous and confused. Until I felt I was being pushed.

Me: Daniel! Ahh!

I was yelling a tad but I know that there are homes around us so I knew not to be screaming out loud.

He kept pushing me until one was very high in the air. I got pretty scared, I'm a bit scared of heights. But  Daniel could tell I was getting a bit scared as my body clenched up.

He grabbed the swing and wrapped his arms around me once again. The warmth of his arms warmed me up. I felt so safe and wanted to stay like that.

I was no longer sitting on the swing. I was now in the arms of Daniel. He had his arms me and I had mine around him too. Nothing could ruin this moment right?

As we both pulled from our hug, Daniel looks straight into my eyes. The light of the moon reflecting onto his eyes just made the blue look even more brighter.

He looked down at my lips and back to my eyes. I knew exactly what he wanted to do. We both leaned in and only a few centimeters before we close the gap between the 2 of us.

This was the first time I actually payed attention to his breathing, it was so calm and slow. Yet so fast.

My head was going crazy. Was this really about to happen?! Yes, yes it  was.

We're so close to but my phone went off causing me to jump back and fall to the grassy ground. And having daniel follow me down.

I quickly picked up and see the contact being Kylie. I was frustrated, she ruined the moment!

Me: yeah?

Kylie: Where are you?!

Me: Uhh...

Kylie: Are you with Daniel?

Me: Yea...yeah.

Kylie: Ooo girl, just the 2 of you!?

Me: Oh my gosh, kylie!

Kylie: but are you 2 alone!

Me: Okay geez, yes! You act like my mom!

Kylie: I act like it because your a child still. You aren't an adult till your 18.

Me: I'm 18 in a week!

Kylie: An adult till your 18 shorty.

Me: hey!

Kylie: hahaha, just get your ass back here.

And with the she ends the call.
