Uh Oh

Tanner was alone in his room waiting to get picked up for dance. Shawna had dance and work, his mom working , Corey at baseball practice, Alex at track, Drew at lacrosse. He heard footsteps and went and checked it out. He followed the trail of glass and saw the broken window. He felt someone grab him . he felt a bag go over his head and forced to a chair. He felt his arms tied to the chair. He felt a strap go around his waist and he struggled. The bag was taken off and he saw two masked men in the house . He looked around and grabbed his phone out of his pocket see it fell on the floor. Tanner groaned and texted Corey with his foot. He looked up and saw one of the masked men was his dad and looked scared. 

"Dad" Tanner said scared.

"Yes" his dad said 

"Oh nothing I just want you dead" he said 

Tanner felt the ropes untie and tackled his dad. Corey and Alex were finishing practice when Corey saw the text from Tanner that read

please help me 

Alex looked at it and grabbed his keys. He and Corey were speeding down the road and hears sirens. They pull over and sighed

"License and resignation please" the police officer said 

Alex handed it over and heard the gun shot. Corey looked and heard it came from the direction of Tanners house. Alex looked at the officer. 

"You guys are free to go" he said handing Alex is stuff

Alex went to the house and went in. Corey ran in and found his dad unconscious and bleeding from the leg. Tanner was in the corner trying to calm himself down.  Corey picked him up. Drew came over as Alex grabbed his dance stuff.  Tanner grabbed the food he made and went with Alex. The four got to dance as Corey elected to stay home. Tanner sighed. Alex and Drew looked confused. Tanner went into an empty studio and sat down. He plugged his phone in and playeda song he was doing for his solo i the upcoming recital. Drew walked by and watched Tanner in awe. Tanner was done andhe saw he had to get ready for class. Drew hid and followed Tanner to class. They get to class and see Shawna. After dance Tanner Alex and Drew went for a walk around the park.

"Tanner what happened"Alex asked

"My dad held me hostage but I got free and shot him" Tanner said

"Tanner what caused you to do that" Drew asked

The three friends sat on the swings.

"I dont know I was scared he was going to kill me" Tanner said

Alex and Drew looked shocked. Tanner gets home and sees  an envolpe from a college. He sees its his dream college,but he has to wait till nationals to open it with Shawna, Drew and Alex. He saw his mom and went and hugged her.

"I'm sorry baby youre coming straiget to my work after school got it" she said as Tanner nodded

"Mom are Collin and Christan coming to nationals" Tanner asked

"Yeah because I told them about your college accpecnetene letter" she said

"Plus I want some brother and sister time. I missed them. "

" I bet they missed you to"

Tanner smiled and took his letter to his room. He saw a text from Alex and Drew. It had pictures of letters. he just got one from Corey and it said the same thing. He knew if Drew and Alex got one that Shawna had hers.

Letter time next week

Tanner set the letter in his bag with all the other stuff hes taking to nationals. He sent the picture of the letter and smiled. He knew he was in for a long week due to dance team which Shawna was on and the captian of was competting in there national champianship. so the glee club thought it was a good idea to go support them. Tanner got a reply back from Drew.

Hey Tanner are you really ok with what happeended becasue in dance you looked and acted different

I was fine just what happeed with my dad spooked me

Just as Drew sent it Tanner saw his mom. His  mom came in and kissed him. tanner got up and hugged her. Tina hugged her son. Tanner sighed knowing nothing will come between them again
