It was 2.37 in the morning, 'too cold to get out of bed' thought Phil. Eventually, he decided he would jump out of bed and eat some cereal. He ate. He ate for roughly 7 minutes before he was bored. Phil began to browse random things on his laptop.
48 minutes passed. Phil felt sleepy, he hopped back in bed and fell asleep. When he woke up he had a notification on his phone. He picked it up.
'We are happy to tell you that you have received the apartment. You will be able to move in as soon as possible!!'
Phil bounded with happiness. He started packing right away.
