I've been working out lol. Im having an apple and yogurt for breakfast rn and i feel great! I haven't been able to make it to the gym considering i can't drive by myself, but i have been working out at home and doing a lot of stretches.

Last night i worked out for like 50 minutes. it mostly targeted my legs but it felt good to be done lol. I also did a small workout this morning, but it wasn't  intense or long or anything like that.

sorry i haven't stayed consistent with these updates. i've been busy obviously with school and plus i'm lazy about it but i wanted to make this to show my "journey" i guess?
