so i've obviously not updated in a hot minute. i was working out for a month but then kind of got in a funk where i literally didn't do anything... it lasted for a couple days but i'm back now and working out today!
i had someone dm me about what workout i do at home but it won't let me message them back so i'll post it on here!
home workout:
- 1 minute jumping jacks
- jump squats: 30
- squat + hamstring stretch: 3;30
- sumo squat and pulse: 3;30
- side lunge: 3;30
- low squat: 3 sets;1 min
- crabwalk: 3 sets;1 min
- squat and horizontal kick: 3;30
- curtsy squat: 3;30
- lunges: 3;30
- hip thrusts: 3;30
- kickbacks: 3;30
- donkey kicks: 3;30
- donkey kick ups: 3;30
- horizontal kicks: 3;30
- crunches: 3;50
- leg lifts: 3;30i found this on youtube a while back and had it saved but it's in my notes now. it works your legs a lot but i want to lose cellulite in my thighs so i guess it kind of works out!
i think i'll start posting some quotes in here because who doesn't love a bit of motivation? lol
