(Maddy's POV)
We arrived at Starbucks and as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the amazing aroma of coffee.
"Mmmmm smells like home." I say with a content sigh.
"You don't have a coffee machine back at home." Sara says.
"True,true." I reply and we all order our favorite drinks and find a table.
"So, when are you confronting Zach's parents." Ava asked as we sat down.
"Tomorrow. My dad really wants to do this so he said we should do it sooner or later." I reply.
" Hey don't be worried, everything will be fine." Sara reassured me.
"I really hope so."I say. Then, just like every cliche book and movie out there, he appears through the doorway. Of course it's Harvey.
"Oh it's Harvey!"Ava says since she knows him as well because we all went to school together.
"Shhhhh." I say so she doesn't embarrass me anymore then I already am.
"What's wrong? Why don't you want us to call him over?" Sara asks.
"It's complicated and I have no time to explain now."
He then gets his coffee and finds his seat with his friend he brought.
"He's cute." Sara says nudging Ava's shoulder.
"Yeah so is his friend." Ava says winking at me.
"Eh." I say and look away even though he is pretty cute.
"What's wrong with you? You haven't even looked at a guy yet since we've been here!" Ava says.
"Yeah! We always go guy seeing." She says and they laugh while I sit here not knowing what to do or say. They give me pleading eyes and I know I have to give in.
"Fine. I found somebody back home. I really like him, but I also like Harvey who is one of their good friends. I mean they even belong to the same management!" I sigh hesitant with every word I say. Speaking of Harvey, he's staring over here which is making me severely uncomfortable.
"So wanna tell us about the 'boy back home'?" Ava asks putting quotation marks around the words. I feel my face flush as I describe him.
"He's perfect in every way. He has beautiful blue eyes, soft and silky blonde hair, cute dimples, really good kissing skills, the perfect laugh, and perfect personality. He really makes me happy but we aren't dating yet." I say while I sigh at the last part.
"Oh I know you're already right for each other!" Ava says.
"Mandy! I got it! Your ship name in Mandy!" Sara says with absolute amazement on her face of what she's just done. I just roll my eyes and laugh at her stupidity. Mandy sounds cute though.
