In the next week or so I was beginning to feel a lot better. I was still staying over Sals house- although he never really was there. He was filming a lot but would always text me. I was thinking about wether I would want to date him or wether that was dumb. The doctors gave me the all clear for walking and getting up which was good for me! It was quite annoying staying home... Sals home all day! I was just trapped inside the four walls with hardly any entertainment. I did tell my mum how I was feeling and she was going to visit. I was hoping she wouldn't make a fuss but as usual she did. She came round when Sal was in work (thankfully) and popped round with some new clothes and Pajamas.
"Maybe you should stay with me for a few weeks?" My Mum said.
NOOOO! Was all that was running through my mind. She meant well but I just couldn't stay there at all! I just wouldn't be able to handle it.
"I'm fine here" I told her. She gave a sigh of sorrow but soon moved on.
"Who is Sal? Boyfriend?" My Mum said. I literally face palmed.
"No no no!" I told her. I could hear the key in the door turn. It must be sal. My mum ran downstairs into the kitchen. I presume to hide or scare sal!
He walked through the door and she popped out.
"Boo" she said. He screamed. He took a minute to catch his breath. He had a bag of shopping in his hand.
"Who are you?" He asked.
"Margret! Emily's mum" she revealed.
"Oh hi" he said more friendly.
Sal began to walk upstairs to me with the shopping and my mum followed.
"How's the patient?" He joked.
"Fine!" My Mum interrupted. Sal widened his eyes to me and I couldn't help but laugh.
"What?" My Mum asked.
"Nothing!" I said to her.
"Right- I got us all this for tea. I'll cook it for us!" Sal told me showing all the food.
"Yes I'll be ready!" My Mum said.
Sal looked disappointed and I could see that.

"Mum- maybe just me and Sal?" I told her.
"Oh Yes of course. Sorry kids" she said. "I'll come back tomorrow" she said to me and left.

"Wow! Your mom!" Sal said.
"Mum" I replied.
"What?" Sal asked. I ignored it! Although it was strange hearing mom not Mum.
"She's.... nice" he said.
I laughed. My mum was really nice but over excited too much!
"So tonight at 6 for tea?" Sal asked.
"It's a date!" I said.  Sal smiled to himself and walked on.
