Maddies pov: This was all a lie. I wasn't dead. I only faked it to get away from my problems. I slept at my dad's house. Where he lived before he died in a car crash. I always wore hoodies and hid my face and hair in case anyone recognized me. But it's not like anyone even cared that I "died". I wonder if Josh even got my note that I left at Kenzies house for him.

Josh's pov: I bet she thought nobody would care if she died. Kenzie was still asleep so I got up,being careful not to wake her. I found a note on the nightstand. It said:

Josh,please take care of my 2 Kenzies.They mean a lot to me. Since I'm going to technically die,promise me one thing. You will never break her heart or do anything stupid. I will know if you did. I love you and..yeah.

Classic Maddie. I know I would try and take care of Kenzie. I looked behind me at Kenzie. She was sleeping peacefully. I smiled. I leaned over and kissed her.

"Wake up Kenz. I'm hungry." I said.

She groaned and rolled over.

"Please?" I begged.

"Princessssss!" I yelled.

"Okay okay. I'm coming." She says getting out of the bed.

"Yay!" I screamed running downstairs. I could hear her giggle. It sounded exactly like Maddies. I missed Maddie and I wish she would come back. Who knows? Maybe she will.

Kenzie came downstairs.

"You okay?" She asks. I nod. She pecks my cheek and starts making pancakes. I stand behind her and play with her hair.

"What are you doing?" She asks giggling.

"You're just like her." I say tearing up. Maddie.

"Aw. Baby it's okay. Maddies in a better place now." She says kissing me. I hug her. Where has she been all my life? Maddie where are you? I miss you and I'm sorry.
