Chapter 74: Blood Brothers

Damon and Elena lock Stefan up in the basement until the effects of the human blood wear off. Stefan remembers how he and Damon attempted to free Katherine and were both shot and killed.

In his dying moments, Stefan sees Katherine being hauled off by the townsmen. Elena peers through the basement bars and expresses guilt about having him locked up. Damon reminds her that she was the one who locked him up and Damon only helped because he couldn't have Stefan feeding recklessly while the town was hunting vampires, denying that he did it out of concern for Stefan. They leave the basement while Stefan continues to reflect on how he became a vampire.

When Giselle got back to her home in 1864 after Emily told her she will look out for her brothers. She leaned against the door and slide down it as she starts to cry.

She just watch two of her own brothers die.

She looked up when she heard foot steps come into the room and she finds that it was her father Giuseppe and she glares at him.

Giselle: you did this! You killed them! I saw with my own eyes! Why would you kill your own sons?!

Giuseppe: they have both went against me, you wouldn't have seen me killed them if you had just stayed in your room. How did you escape?

Giselle: (gulps) the window

Giuseppe: do you have any idea how stupid that was?! You could have broke a bone that's 2 story high?!

Giselle: well I'm fine I had a tree by my window

Giuseppe: well not anymore I gonna have that tree cut down and have your windows locked for now on you are being banish to your room

Giselle: (roll eyes) like that never happened before

Giuseppe: (gives her a glare) watch your tone young lady

Giselle: or you'll do what, spank me? (scoff)

Giuseppe: that's not a bad idea

Giuseppe grabs his daughter by the ear and pulled her over his arm and started giving her a beating with his hand over her dress.

Giselle: ow! Father please! I'm sorry! Owie!

Giuseppe: (beating her bottom) sorry not gonna cut it little girl. Your attitude is disgusting and need to be wash out with soap do you want that?

Giselle: (shakes head) no sir

Giuseppe: then shut the hell up while I'm giving you this beating

Giselle sobs as her father spanked her bottom. He pulled her by the ear again and over to the couch and made her bend over before removing her clothing and her panties and continues beating her bottom with his hand.

Giuseppe started unbuckling his belt and he swing it at a fast paced on his daughter red bottom as she gasp, flinch and cries as the speed came down fast.

Giuseppe went to get the strap and paddle and gave her 50 strokes with the strap and 50 with the paddle.

By the time her punishment was over Giuseppe let her daughter cry at the edge of the coach with a bruise bottom.

Back in the present at the Boarding House.

Giselle was sitting down uncomfortably at the table writing her lines I will not disobey my brothers 200 times. Damon and Elena enters and ask Elena if she would like to stay for the night and she accepted saying she is worried about Stefan and wouldnt sleep without him. Elena says she was gonna go back to her place to get more of her things and she leaves the house.
