Introducing the Beard: Eleanor! (8) Part 1

For this chapter I am just going to go a little more in depth about Niall and Louis, so we know a little more of their story and just to introduce Eleanor (ew!!) ANYWHORE on with the chapter,

oh and just a p.s. Louis lives with Niall rn....

Third P.O.V~

The boys are going to a meeting today, to talk about the album and Louis' possible beard. They are currently in the car. Liam is driving, he keeps looking in the rearview mirror, towards Louis and Niall. Zayn is the passenger seat, sleeping. Harry is behind Zayn, sleeping as well. Niall and Louis are also in the backseat. Niall is crying, not sobbing, but silent tears are streaming down his face. Louis is sort of side hugging him, wiping every tear off of his face, placing soft kisses on his face, and whispering words of reassurance to him. On arrival to the building Liam wakes up Zayn, Louis does the same to Harry, and then they all get out. Niall, by now has stopped crying, but he is still upset. They all walk into the building, feeling nervous about what will happen.

When they get into the meeting room the whole managing team is there. They sit down, Niall and Louis sitting together. Simon is the first to speak. "Boys, I don't want anymore hassle about this, can we please just come to an agreement? We are losing precious time."

"Yes, let's agree that the contract is bullshit!" Louis says with a smirk. Richard Griffiths, the guy who basically runs the whole company, wipes the smirk right off of Louis' face.

"Or we could agree to drop you right here and now, then what would happen? Oh! Or maybe we could agree to kick you from the band. Oh! Oh! Or maybe even send you to jail for breaking our contract." The boys are all speechless. Niall is on the verge of tears yet again. Now it's Richard's turn to smirk. Louis cracks his knuckles.

"If you dropped us you would loose a lot of money, and another company would pick us right up and start making the money you lost. If you kicked Louis from the band a bunch of fans would revolt and you would loose a bunch of money. If you sent him to jail one of two things could happen. One, a bunch of fans would revolt and you would loose a bunch of money, or two we would sue and you would loose a bunch of money." Liam is the first to defend Louis. Now, it's Richard's turn to have the smirk wiped off of his face.

"You have to sign the contract, Louis. It's simple we own you, we tell you wha-" Harry Magee one of the other main managers starts to talk but is interrupted by Simon.

"Ok! Nope! You, we, don't own them. Yes, we control their salary but they are human beings and have rights. Louis can I talk with you, privately?" Simon stands and Louis nods. He gives Niall's hand a squeeze before following out into the hallway. The rest of the lads and the team wait, in awkward silence for at least ten minutes, for Louis and Simon. Some of the people on the team try to start conversations but are shut down by Liam and Zayn. All the while Harry is hugging and comforting Niall. It often goes like this.

"So the weather is nice today, innit?"

"Don't even try it." Zayn gives the woman a pointed look.

"So, uh, how are you lads?"

"Don't, just don't" Liam rolls his eyes.

"How's the family la-"

"Shut up!" Zayn and Liam both stop that. Then Simon and Louis come back in. Louis looks to have been crying, and if you had looked closely you would have seen some wet spots on Simon's shirt. He would have denied it, but that's besides the point.

"O-okay, I will sign the contract." Louis says with a shaky voice as he sits down. Niall gasps.

"No! Louis please don't!" Niall latches himself onto Louis arm and sobs. Louis squeezes his eyes shut and sighs. He leans down and whispers a few words into Niall's ear, then kisses his cheek.

"Wonderful! That makes everything so much easier." Richard says. He reaches into his briefcase and pulls out a set of stapled papers. He hands to papers to a lady named Jeanine.

"This contract was, as you know, drawn up a while ago. We have choosen the beard and we will introduce her to you later.

Louis W. Tomlinson, Niall J. Horan, Harry E. Styles, Liam J. Payne, Zayn J. Malik, Eleanor J. Calder, the company Syco Music, the company Columbia, and the company Modest! Management will be the parties involved in this contracted agreement. Louis W. Tomlinson, Niall J. Horan, and Modest! Management are the most important parites involved, but the others do have a lagre role.

This contract is binding Louis W. Tomlinson to a series of pre-scheduled dates. Louis W. Tomlinson will go on dates planned by Jeanine Mosters and other publicists at Modest! Management. The dates will most likey and usually include public displays of affection, and photos from the papparazi. Eleanor J. Calder will be publicised as Louis W. Tomlinson's girlfriend. Louis W. Tomlinson will, if asked in interviews, say that Eleanor is his girlfriend. He, and the other members of One Direction, will deny any rumors of the relationship of Niall J. Horan and Louis W. Tomlinson. The members of One Direction, will not, by signing and agreeing to this contract, not hint or suggest the relationship of Niall J. Horan and Louis W. Tomlinson. They will confirm the relationship of Eleanor J. Calder and Louis W. Tomlinson.

The term of this contract is as long as One Direction is signed with Modest Management. If the boys sign a new contract with Modest! Management, this contract will also be updated. If One Direction is no longer signed with Modest! Manegement then this contract will also end.

Modest! Management is liable for any damage between the members of One Direction, that this contract may or may not cause. Eleanor J. Calder is also not responsible for any damage between the members of One Direction. If any person, under this contract, causes harm to Eleanor J. Calder they will be responsible for all the medical bills and/or monetary needs that come with this.

Termanation of this contract can be allowed under two sets of circumstances, one, the relationship of Niall J. Horan and Louis W. Tomlinson is no longer continuing and either persons stated previously have another partner of the oppisite gender. Or two, One Direction's contract with Modest! Management ends and they do not sign another.

This contract, signed and agreed to, means utter confidentiality about the fact that it exists. No one is allowed to speak of this contract outside of this building. Also the relationship of Niall J. Horan and Louis W. Tomlinson will be kept confident as well.

This entire agreement shall be governed and costructed in accordance with the laws of England."
