Chapter 3

Amelia POV

"Hey Amelia. Why are you wearing long sleeve? Something happened?" Joey asked. " Hey. Just decided for a change in trend. Nothing happened so don't worry," I replied with reassurance. Joey shrugged her shoulders and went to her locker. As I slammed the locker, I was shocked to see a lot of eyes on me. Well that's expected when I saw was standing beside me. I groaned again. Why does he always appear out of the blue? Can't he leave me alone for once? I walked at a fast speed although I know that it would be useless. His long strides overtook me and he stood in front of me. " What do you exactly want from me? Can you leave me alone?" I questioned him, trying to control my anger. " I just want to hang out with you but you keep avoiding me. So can you show me around after school?" Nick asked. I shrugged my shoulders and walked straight towards Chemistry. I will think about it when I get home.

Nick POV

She look so pretty in her outfit today. The cutest thing is when she is angry. From day one, I always thought that she look so cute and pretty. Maybe I could get help from her two best friends. No that would not be my own effort. I am going to try to persuade her as much as I can.

Amelia POV

School has ended few hours ago but I am still wondering if I should show him around. Well, it won't hurt right? I quickly changed into my trademark shirt and jeans with converse. Grabbing my skateboard along, I knocked on his door twice before someone finally opened the door. " Oh hi Nick! Since you want me to show you around, I am bringing you to go skateboarding at the park. You can skateboard right?" I asked. He nodded and asked me to give him 5 minutes. After what seemed like eternity, he finally came out with his skateboard. He was clad in a tank top and jeans with converse just like me. Weird but I must admit he look hot in that. I quickly snapped out from my 'zone' and started to skateboarding towards the park. We exchanged some moves. I am starting to think that it was not actually that bad hanging out with him

Nick POV

Okay... So basically she agreed to show me around. First, she showed me the skateboard park. I was amazed by her skateboarding skills. Most girls don't even know how to skateboard. She was very different from them and that's what made her unique. Then she brought me to the ice cream parlour. It was pure heaven!! Time flew quickly and we had a lot of laughters. I knew it was worth it hanging out with her. "Erm... Thanks for today," I said breaking the silence we had. She mumbled a ' no problem' and we exchanged numbers. I hugged her and said goodnight. I also made sure she was safe in her house before I made my way home. Well, I really hope she would like hanging out with me again.

Amelia POV

I was freaking out after I entered my room. I kept repeating to myself that he hugged me. I felt safe and secured in his arms. No matter how hard I tried to avoid him, he would still find a way to talk to me. He never fail to make me laugh with his stupid jokes. It is too early to establish what I felt for him. There is this sense of safety when I am with him. When he hugged me, I felt butterflies in my stomach. Am I falling in love again???
