Well if you play the game or not, there are lots of random secrets and other stuff about this game that we loved about how Yoko Taro did this!

If you want to fight these guys, they are DLC like the Final Fantasy 15 one.
Step One: Talk with the Resistance Secretary and insist (ask her three times) that you want to fight "you-know-who." She'll eventually reply.

Step Two: Stop caring about immersion. Select "Immersion schmimmersion" twice and you'll be teleported to the middle of the colosseum, where you'll be greeted by this fellow here.

Step Three: FIGHT! The CEO is pretty tough, but not unbeatable. However he's soon joined by a good friend who'll ramp the difficulty up a bit.

Step Four: DIE! At the end of the bout, the CEO-team unleash a barrage of projectiles at 2B in the form of... their heads. Immersion breaking hasn't been this good since the days of Metal Gear Solid! They'll eventually beat you because CEOs are the most powerful force in the world. Duh.

So yeah, if you haven't bought Nier: Automata, you simply must consider it. Stuff like this can happen at any moment I watched a small group of robots act out Romeo and Juliet and slowly kill themselves on stage (it was a lot funnier than how I described it). Buy it. It's a masterpiece.
