*his POV*

The moving truck pulled into the driveway in front of us. This was going to be my new home. I was sick of moving around all the time. Hopefully we could stay here now. I jumped out of the car after my Mum. She looked absolutely thrilled with the new house. It was a very nice modern house, but I liked my old house better.

I followed Mum as she unlocked the door and walked through the house. She told me where everything was going to go but I wasn't paying attention. I really just wanted to set up my room, lock myself in it and be a moody teenager. Mum wouldn't let me though. She said I had to help with everything else first before I could even think of setting up my room.

There were so many boxes in the truck; it was ridiculous. My Mum had this thing where she only put a small amount of things in each box so that she could carry it. I could have easily carried three boxes at a time but she wouldn't let me. So this was going to take hours.

I was on my 7th trip when I saw her sitting on the fence. She was beautiful. She short, cropped blond hair, green eyes and a rolling stones shirt. She appeared to be my age. The girl noticed me staring and swung herself over onto my side of the fence. She walked over with a slight bounce in her step.

"Hey," she said.

"Hi."

"I'm Y/N. It seems you're my new neighbour."

"I'm Luke and it looks that way."

"Do you guys want any help?"

"Uhmm...yeah sure."

"Okay I'll be back in a minute."

She ran off back into her house. Not even a minute later she came out with a guy. Great, she was already taken.

"Luke, this is Dom. My brother."

Thank God!

"Hey," Dom said.

Up close I could see his resemblance to his sister.
Dom started carrying boxes in. Myself and Y/N followed suit. 3 hours later the truck left the driveway. Mum finally let me set up my room. Y/N followed me as we trudged up the stairs to get to my room. Y/N walked into my room as soon as the door was open. She started looking around my room, seemingly sizing it up.

"What are you doing?"

"Seeing where all your shit can go."

"That's kind of creepy."

"I know."

I shrugged my shoulders and went back to watching Y/N put my room together.
