At 7:55 I stepped out of the elevator in a black skater skirt and a teal tank top from the BB collection. I had made sure to reapply deodorant and brush my teeth just in case. I didn't really know where to go so I sat on a bench near the door of the lobby. After about 2 minutes I felt a tap on my shoulder and I turned around. Alek's stood there above me in a black tank top and white ripped skinny jeans. He had on a black snapback that was turned backwards. He looked as hot as he ever had but now that he was right in front of me and smiling it seemed like an actual angel was looking at me from the heavens. I had to repeat to myself the mantra that I had adopted in the half hour that I had spent getting ready "He's just a guy" I smiled back at him and stood up. "Thank you for the invite" I said with a timid smile. "You are very welcome. Thank you for saying yes" he said and gestured toward the entrance. "Ready to get going?" We walked through the doors.

Aleks walked one step in front of me as he walked to the curb. "A Lyft should pick us up in a minute. The bar is kind of far. All of the bars near here are going to be swamped with RTX attendees and I don't mind talking to fans but I want to have some downtime tonight." I nodded and looked at a white car pulling up to the front of the hotel. Alek's phone dinged in his hand. He looked at it and gestured to the car. "That's us." I walked forward but before I could grab the door handle a hand was already there pulling it open. Aleks waved his hand in a grand gesture. "After you" I was floored as I got into the back seat and said "Thank you" he closed the door behind me and walked around to the other side to get in. The driver said his hello and we were off. "How was the rest of your day at the convention?" I turned my body towards as I spoke. He turned his head and answered with a smile. "It went pretty well. Everyone walked around the convention for the first part of the day before the signing. Then at the signing, I met this pretty awesome girl. After that James and I had an interview. The rest of the day I've spent waiting for that awesome girl to text me." My mouth almost fell open but I contained myself and managed to play it cool. "Sounds like a pretty fun day." I smiled as I said it. Aleks chuckled "Yeah it was pretty great. Did you really think I gave you someone else's number?" My smile faltered for a second. "Well, that seemed to make more sense than what actually happened. I was hoping my pick up line would get a good laugh, not your number." Alex nodded slightly. "I guess that does make more sense. I'm glad you actually texted me though.By the way, I hope it's alright but a few of the guys are going to be coming out to the bar around 8:30 or 9." I shook my head."That's fine. It's your free time." I looked out of the car. There seemed to be some of the normal Austin traffic. "What bar are we going to?" I asked. "I don't remember the name of it but it's one that Burnie suggested to Brett I think. It's far enough away from the convention center that there shouldn't be anyone. It would just be too hectic if there were a bunch of fans and once one of them posts about it there would be a hoard of them." I looked at him and his face didn't seem angry or upset. He seemed to just be stating a fact. "Then why did you decide to bring a fan along?" He looked over. "I don't think you're like that. For some reason... If you were then my phone number would probably already be floating around the internet" I shrugged. "That's a fair point." We chatted for the rest of the car ride. Finally, we pulled into a smaller bar. The sign above it read 'The Brass Knob'. It wasn't tiny but it wasn't a club or anything. The building itself was pretty plain but as I stepped out of the car I could smell food and it smelled amazing. I suddenly remember that I hadn't really eaten anything yet today. I poked my head back into the car to thank the driver and then shut the door. Aleks walked around the back of the car. "Seems like Burnie wasn't wrong about the food. Something smells amazing." I nodded in agreeance and we both walked toward the front door of the building. At the door, a tall man checked both of our ID's. He looked at mine and chuckled. "Cutting it pretty close aren't we?" I shrugged my shoulders. "It's been a week at least." Aleks looked at me strangely as we walked in. "What did he mean by that?". "I turned 21 about a week ago." Alek's eyes widened. "Gees you're just a little kid." I did my best to look fake offended. "I don't go around saying you're old now do I mister 26 years old." He scrunched his face up to make fake wrinkles "Now listen here young lady.." He said in a scraggly voice that I assume was supposed to be an old man. I laughed and his face lit up and his eyes scrunched into his signature Alek's smile. We walked over to the bar and sat down. There wasn't a very big crowd. It seemed that most of the people were sitting in booths talking or standing next to the pool table either playing or talking with the people that were. There was music playing over the speakers but it was at the perfect volume that you didn't have to yell to be heard. The bartender walked over to Aleks and I and Aleks ordered a rum and coke and then looked at me. "I guess since you just turned 21 you are n't very used to this." and he gave me a mischievous smile. Just to spite him I turned to the bartender. "Can I get a shot of tequila please." I turned back to him and smirked. "I promise you that you won't have to worry." I made a mental note to order something to eat as soon as I could. If I wanted to prove my worth with liquor I would have to play it smart. Alek's face changed to one of shock and soon he seemed almost impressed. Before the bartender could walk away he held up two fingers. "Make that two shots please." and the bartender walked to the other end of the bar to grab the drinks. "I guess you have more experience with drinking than a week can give ?" I shrugged my shoulders. " A lady never tells her secrets" Aleks laughed again and the bartender walked back with the shots and Alek's rum and coke. "Would you like anything to sip on?" he looked at me. "I'll take another rum and coke, please. With whatever is the cheapest." He nodded and I picked up the shot as he turned back around to make the drink. "Cheapest? You don't need to worry about cost I'm not a completely broke bitch." Aleks said as he picked his shot up as well. We clinked classes and took the shot. I went dow about as smooth as tequilla can and i put the glass back down. Aleks took a sip pf his drink. "Since when are you paying for me?" I asked as the barteder put my drink down in front of me. "Thank you" I said as he walked to the other few guests at the bar. "Well, I was the one that invited you to get drinks so I figured I would be the one that paid." I thought for a second. "What if we split it half and half?" He shook his head. "Nope I invited you so I should pay." We went back and forth a few times with me offering different alternatives and finally he says. Fine. You can pay tonight but I get to pay tomorrow night. I looked at him confused. "What's tomorrow night?" "I buy dinner for you tomorrow night if you pay tonight." Aleks looked pretty serious so I nodded. "Fine but you buy whatever drinks you want tonight. No holding back." He nodded and held out his hand. "Deal." and we shook on it. Aleks motioned to the bartender with two fingers. "Two more shots please." My eyes got a little wider but I made sure not to let Aleks see. I really needed to order that food.

Have a great day everyone! I hope you enjoy :) I know this isn't very spot on with character but I do what I can.
