Danielle raised her eyebrows as she pulled her books out of her locker and listened to Amy talk about Ben. Apparently, the two of them still hadn't had their first kiss and Amy wanted it to happen on their next date. She just wasn't sure how to do it. Which was why Amy was asking Danielle and Adrian for advice. Danielle knew that Amy was nervous and needed help, but she also knew that nothing she said was going to calm her little sister's nerves. This was Amy's first kiss. Everyone was nervous about their first kiss. "Amy" Danielle said as she closed her locker and turned to look at Amy. Amy raised her eyebrows. "I really don't think that anything I say is going to help you" Danielle told her, "Why not" Amy asked in offense and Danielle sighed as she leaned against her locker. "Because, no matter what anyone says or does, everyone is nervous about their first kiss" Danielle stated and Adrian nodded in agreement. Amy's face fell slightly. Danielle felt bad for not being able to give Amy the answer she wanted. "If it's any constellation, I'm pretty sure it'll be Ben's first kiss too" Adrian stated and Amy raised her eyebrows at the Latina, "Yeah. Ben's probably just as nervous as you are" Danielle added and Amy bit her lip. 'Relax, Ames. It's going to be fine" Danielle assured her sister and Amy shifted, "Really think so" Amy asked and Danielle nodded at her. "Just don't force it. It'll happen when it's right" Adrian stated and Amy nodded at them. "Thanks." Danielle gave her sister a small smile before Amy walked away. Amy's step had a little more bounce in it. Maybe Danielle calmed her nerves a bit. Adrian turned to look at Danielle as she leaned against her locker. "Have you heard yet" Adrian asked and Danielle looked at her in confusion. "Heard what?"

Ricky sighed as he walked down the steps. He glanced down the hall towards Danielle's locker. She wasn't there. He needed to talk to her. Ricky raised his eyebrows as someone grabbed his arm and pulled him towards the wall. He looked at the person. Just the girl he was looking for. Danielle. "You're taking Grace to the country fair?" Ricky raised a brow as she let go of his arm. "How'd you hear about that" he asked and Danielle rolled her eyes as she folded her arms over her chest. "Not from you. And that's not a no" Danielle told him and Ricky sighed, "I was going to tell you" he stated and Danielle gave him a look of disbelief. "I was" Ricky told her seriously and Danielle raised a brow at him. "Really" she asked and he nodded at her. He was going to. He just couldn't this morning because he was running late. "So, you're actually taking her on a date?" Ricky raised a brow as he leaned against the wall. "You don't date" Danielle reminded him and Ricky shook his head, "It's not an actual date between the tow of us. It's for her and Jack" Ricky told her and Danielle tilted her head. "What" she asked in confusion. Ricky sighed before explaining. "Grace's dad won't let her see Jack. And since it's so important to you, for whatever reason, I told her that she can pretend to date me when she's really dating Jack" Ricky told her and Danielle raised her eyebrows. "Oh" she whispered and he nodded. Danielle glanced to the ground before she grinned at him. "You're doing it for me" Danielle questioned and Ricky inwardly cursed himself for not thinking before he said that part. Ricky ignored that question. "Why were you so upset about it" Ricky asked and Danielle's face fell slightly, "Were you jealous" he teased and Danielle shifted on her feet. She glanced around the hallway as Ricky continued to stare at her. "Oh, look! There's Jack and Grace. Hey, guys!" Danielle quickly made her way towards the couple. Ricky watched her go and watched as she started to talking to them. Was she jealous?

Danielle laughed as she walked around the fair with Adrian and listened to her make comments about some of the guys. Adrian was debating on which one to hit on. Danielle could understand the debate. Most of the guys here were pretty cute. They just weren't really her type. Danielle glanced around. "Hey, ladies" jack said as he walked up to them, "Hi, Jack" Danielle greeted as Adrian continued to look at all the guys. She didn't even really acknowledge the football player's presence. Danielle gently nudged the Latina with her elbow. Adrian rolled her eyes. "Hi, Jack." Danielle rolled her eyes at the distant tone in Adrian's voice. Jack just shook his head as Danielle gave him a small smile. "I'll see you girls later." Danielle nodded as Jack walked away. Danielle looked at Adrian pointedly. "Let's go toss rings." Danielle rolled her eyes at the way Adrian ignored her. The Latina pulled Danielle toward the booth.

"Hey, you." Ricky smirked as he walked up to Danielle and she turned to look at him. She smiled. "Hey" she responded as she tossed another ring but missed the bottle, again. She pouted. "I suck at this" she stated and Ricky nodded, "You do" he agreed and Danielle scoffed before shoving his arm with her elbow gently. He laughed. "I heard Amy asked for your advice on kissing Ben" Ricky stated as he handed the guy some money to toss the rings, "She did. I just told her to go with the flow" Danielle stated and Ricky smirked at her as he took the rings from the guy. "Is that what you do" he asked and Danielle raised a brow at him, "Go with the flow" he added and Danielle shrugged. "Wouldn't you like to know?" Ricky raised his eyebrows. He would like to know, actually. Ricky glanced to the rings in his hand, bouncing them a little, before looking back at Danielle. She raised her eyebrows. "If I get all of these on the bottles, you have to kiss me" Ricky told her and Danielle laughed. Ricky raised a brow. He was being serious. Danielle stared at him for a few seconds. "All right" she finally relented with a nod and Ricky smirked at her. "But you can't look at the bottles." Ricky nodded. "Fine." Ricky stared at Danielle as he tossed one of the rings.

Daniele raised her eyebrows as she held Ricky's stare while he tossed the rings. The man behind the booth whistled lowly and Danielle took it as Ricky hadn't missed any of them. She wouldn't admit it out loud, but she really hoped he didn't miss a shot. She wanted to kiss him. Not because she had a thing for Ricky, she totally did, but because she wanted to know what all the fuss was about. He had almost every girl in Grant High school begging for his kisses. Some of them haven't even had sex with him. Danielle raised her eyebrows as Ricky gripped the last ring before smirking. He tossed it gently. Danielle turned her head to see if it landed. It totally did. She smiled a little before looking at Ricky. He raised a brow. "A deal's a deal." Danielle bit the inside of her lip. That was true. Danielle put her hand on the back of his neck before leaning up to kiss him. Danielle smiled as she pulled away. It wasn't a deep kiss, but it was enough to make her want to kiss him again. Ricky stared at her in, what looked like shock and appreciation. He looked like he was trying to sort something out. He stared blankly at her for a few seconds. Danielle was starting to worry that something was wrong with him. "Go with the flow" he asked sarcastically and Danielle rolled her eyes with a small smile as he took the bear he won from the man. He handed it to Danielle. "You definitely don't just go with the flow. You create the flow." Danielle hit him gently with a bear and laughed as they started to walk away from the booth. Ricky chuckled a little.

"Thanks for doing this for me." Ricky nodded at Grace as he walked her to her front door. He didn't bother to mention that he was really doing this for Danielle, and that tonight worked out to his benefit as well. He enjoyed spending time with Danielle without their fiery Latina friend with them. It happened other times, but it was very rare to see the three of them apart. "You're a good friend" Grace told him and Ricky gave her a tight smile, "Yeah" he muttered. He wasn't sure why Grace seemed so shocked. He could be a good friend. Just because he slept with a lot of girls didn't mean he couldn't be a good friend to girls as well. That was the thing though. Once Ricky accepted you as a friend, that was it. He would do anything for you. Danielle and Adrian knew that very well. He would go to war over them. "Let me know if there's anything you need" Grace said and Ricky raised his eyebrows. He grabbed her arm as she went to step inside. "There is one thing..." Grace raised her eyebrows in curiosity.

"I can't believe that Ricky gave you a bear, but Ben didn't get me anything." Danielle raised her eyebrows at her little sister as they walked up to their front door. Danielle opened the door. "You guys aren't even dating!" Danielle laughed at the annoyed tone in Amy's voice as she walked toward the living room. Someone was jealous. Danielle raised her eyebrows when she saw Ashley sitting on the couch with a blanket wrapped around her. "Ashley" Daniele asked as she walked toward the couch and Ashley looked up at her. Danielle flinched at the look in her eyes. She looked heartbroken. "What's wrong?" Danielle sat by Ashley's feet and Amy sat on the back of the couch behind Danielle. Ashley shook her head. "They're fighting again" Ashley whispered and Danielle sighed. They were never too loud about it, but the girls always knew. Even when George and Anne thought they didn't. Mainly because they had gotten into the habit of listening in from another room when it happened. The girls weren't stupid. They knew when they were about to have a fight, and the fights were mainly about how late George was working. Danielle was in the same boat as her mother on this subject. It was suspicious that he had been working late so many times. She never told Amy and Ashley about what she thought. It would only make them feel hurt. "Can I ask you guys something" Ashley asked her sisters and Danielle raised before she and Amy looked at their baby sister. Danielle nodded at her as she shifted and pulled her feet onto the couch, resting her elbow behind Amy and resting her head on her hand. Ashley sighed. "Do you guys think dad's cheating on mom?" Danielle tensed slightly before glancing to Amy.
