Part 3: The Plan

Yumin's POV

"Mom..." I called. "Someone told me he was looking for you. I think it's the Mayor? I don't know... He said to meet by Greenlight Street #145.."

She stood up, "Honey, will you take care of my things for a while. It will be quick." I nodded then she went out of the door and took off.

Changbin then appeared behind me. "Let's move."

We searched all over Mom's office. I went through the cabinets, but it wasn't there. Through the shelves but it wasn't there either. "Found it?"

"No." He said as he was looking through the chairs and tables.

We gave up and sat on the floor. "I can't find it."
"Mom's going to be here in any second, where will we find it?"
He finally got an idea, "Her safe?"

I quickly walked over to the painting and behind it was this safe. I don't know the combination so I sort of gave up. "Now what?"

He sighed, "Let's try again tomorrow.. I think Jisung can turn into a bug and crawl over to the inside and open it."
I laughed a bit, "Agreed."

"So yeah... We didn't get it. But we're close." He explained.

"Aw man. Now what? What will you do?" Felix asked.

Changbin sighed and stood up facing Jisung. "Can you shapeshift into a bug?"
Jisung felt confused, "Yeah.. Why?"
"We need you." He said. "Tomorrow, meet us at 3. We're about to go on a mission."

After the whole incident, I went back home, peacefully and safetly. I sat on my couch and watched TV.
Suddenly, I heard the door creak open. "Yumin!" My Mom called.

Why do I get the feeling that I forgot about something? "Oh hey Mom."

She looked at me, angrily, "Hey Mom!? Is that all you can say!? I waited for hours in Greenlight Street. And no one came!"

I widened my eyes. I tried to make a good excuse. "Oh yeah, the Mayor forgot to tell me that he'll meet you tomorrow."
"He did?"
"Yes!"

She flipped her hair and put on lipstick, "Okay then."
"Oh and Mom?"
"Yes?"
"Can I stay and watch out for your things tomorrow? Incase if anyone's going to.. you know.. Steal it." I smiled.

She sighed, "Fine. As long as you don't mess with my things."
"Certainly."
