16th september, 2017

hatch opens.
stark light.

                      the rupture begins.

these are some lines from a play called '4.48 psychosis' by a playwright whose name was sarah kane. her mind was chanting them over and over for some desolate reason.

flaps of flesh opened over dark circles and two cavites widened themselves to take in the light.

she picked up some noise coming towards her...

"ah, she's awake, now, laura. come quickly.  your friend's awake!"

a beautiful girl with pale skin, very long black hair and amber eyes bent over her sleeping form.

"hi, mara."

eh?

the aching form of the girl groaned. her lips uttered a low, hollow, meaningless whisper.

"you're at the hospital, remember?"

an older voice spoke now.

"your parents are just waiting outside, dear. i am your nurse — remember, nancy sharma?"

her head was spinning.

hospital? nancy? this girl with the long black hair...?

what was going on?

she drifted into sleep again.
