Friends?

Its been 3 hours since school started it was 10:30. I was slowly waking up from my sleep. I felt way better now my stomach no longer stung or hurt and I was less tired then before. Maybe this was a good thing to happen to me, I stand up and walk out of the room I was in. I see the nurse and she looks at me and smiles at me "Are you feeling better hun?" I nod my head yes and she looks back at her computer. I walk out and head to class I groan knowing which class I have now math. I walk into class and automatically feel eyes look straight at me. "Nat come sit with us" I look over to who said that and of course it was Rylen. I could see his friend Nelly on the other side of him doing her work and it looked like she was also listening to music. I decide to sit down next to them since there was honestly no where else to sit "Was he saving a seat for me?" I thought in my head as I sit down and take out my math book. As the teacher taught his listen I felt like my mind go else where. Right when I was about to start day dreaming the bell had rung and everyone was running out of the classroom like it was the end of the world. I put my stuff in my bag and stand up ready to head out of class until Rylen grabs my shoulder stopping me. "Wait Nat! Do you want to hang out with us for lunch we're gonna go to the library and eat" He says still holding onto my shoulder waiting for my response. I think for a second "Um yea sure its not like I'm doing anything for lunch" I see his eyes light up with excitement. "Yay! Guess what Nelly we have another lunch buddy!" He said sounding like a child. Nelly raises her arm saying "Whoop whoop" still looking at her phone. I couldn't help but feel uncomfortable around them I don't really know them that well especially Nelly. As we all leave the classroom we make our way to the library and sit down at a random table. I see them take out their lunches while I just sit there and watch, Rylen looks up confused to why I wasn't taking out my lunch. "Why aren't you taking out your lunch are you gonna eat it late?" He asked "Um n-no its just that I didn't prepare my lunch today thats all" I said looking down feeling way too embarrassed. "Well thats not good" he looks down at his lunch bag and smiles "Well lucky for you Nat my mom packed me 2 sandwiches!" He said as he gave me the other sandwiche. I look at him confused, he just stares back at me. "Why are you doing such nice things for me?" I say looking straight into Rylen's eyes. He seemed surprised by my question "I mean we are friends after all and friends do nice things for each other right?" He says his smile slowly fading. "...Friends? I.... I never had friends before I don't know how they would act towards each other...." once I had said that both Rylen and Nelly were staring at me surprised from what I had said. "You poor thing!" Rylen screams before he jumps onto me squeezing. I could see his face it looks like he had tears in his eyes but he didn't seem sad. "WE'LL BE YOUR MOST BESTEST FRIENDS EVER OK YOU WON'T BE ALONE ANYMORE!" He screams once more this time in my ear squeezing me tighter. "Rylen...  Rylen! I... can't... bbrreeeaaattthhheeee"  I say trying to break free. "Ok, ok Rylen let go of her before you kill her" Nelly says in a joking manner. As he lets go I take a deep breath. "Well now that you have 2 new cool friends to hang out with lets just eat our lunch and talk" Rylen says smiling. I smile I actually feel happy around them maybe having friends won't be that bad.
