From Feud to Love (continuing)

The Second Fight

It's almost noon. I have to hurry! The prince will be waiting for me soon. I threw on my stuff and hurried out.

When I got there, the prince was waiting there for me. I went after him as soon as I got there. For some reason I was in a bad mood. We kept hitting our swords together and suddenly, his sword caught the top of my suit and pulled the head cover off.

He was shocked. He said, "You're a girl! Oh wait a minute. That's why you never fought, because you're Chief's little girl!"

I replied, "Ok fine, you caught me. I am a girl. But that doesn't matter, I came to fight for what's right. But I am a fair person, so I'll let you explain yourself."

Since I never gave him a chance to talk last time, I let him this time. I asked him what really caused the feud.

He said, "Centuries ago, the chief werewolf stole our blue forever Chrystal..." I stopped him, "Your what now?"

He said, "It is a Chrystal that allows us to live forever and never grow old. My pops is gettin weak and old and we need it as soon as possible. Anyways, he stole it from us and now we can't live forever. Have you noticed that he's not been growing older?"

I said, "Well now that you said that, I have noticed that he's not gotten any older. Also I am so sorry about this. Wait! I know where it's at! I saw it the other day, looking through the closet."

He said, ok listen carefully. Please figure out a way to get it and bring it back her tomorrow at noon. Do you think you can do that?"

I said, "Absolutely! It's the least I could do."

I ran off back to home. When I got there, my dad was waiting outside!! He had to have known I was missing. Luckily, he was talking to someone. I snuck around the building and went through the back way. I luckily got into my room. My dad came running upstairs. He knocked on my door and said, "Where have you been miss?"

I replied, "I was just in the bathroom, looking for my hair stuff."

He said, "Oh... ok. Well carry on then." and then he left.

That was a super close call.
