Welp, here's chapter 5. I don't really have much to say about any of this story right now except for the fact that I'm kind of liking the direction it's going. Anyways, please enjoy this chapter. I'm working really hard to try and finish this story!

His hands rung together anxiously as he stood in front of the quaint little building before him. Yami had given this Jounouchi Katsuya a call for him last night. The man on the other line had sounded thrilled to meet him and took his appointment for the next day. Yugi couldn't have been more grateful. The feelings of utter hopelessness had caused him a sleepless night, he had laid in bed and shuffled around restlessly that entire night. He couldn't have felt more drained...

In an attempt to get his mind off of the not-so-good thoughts running through his head, Yugi gathered the courage and opened the glass door of the office. What greeted him was a waiting room that was bare of people and a desk with an old secretary reading a magazine behind it. Yugi walked up to the desk and saw a sign in sheet. He put in his information before turning to the lady who had taken notice of him.

She trailed her eyes over his face before turning to the computer on the other side of her desk. "Name and time of appointment?"

"Yugi Mouto, two o' clock."

She typed in a few things before reaching under her desk to pull out some papers. She handed them to the boy. "Fill these out and give them to Dr. Jounouchi when he calls for you."

"Thank you so much." Yugi gave a polite bow and took a seat near the front door. Filling out the paperwork went by easily, just questions on how he feels most days, how he socializes, and what he's basically there for. Nothing too hard to answer.

It took but a few minutes for the door beside the secretary to open. A man, looking to be in his mid-twenties, looked around the room before his eyes settled on the only occupant of the waiting room. "Mr. Mouto, I'll see you now." He said with a weird accent never before heard by Yugi.

The teen followed the man to an unoccupied exam room and took a seat on the leather chair as instructed. The man closed the door and took a seat at his desk. With clasped hands, the man eyed Yugi before smiling widely. "It's good to meet you, Mr. Mouto. I'm Jounouchi Katsuya. But you can call me Jou, everyone does."

"Well then you can just call me Yugi. It's good to meet you as well."

"Okay Yugi, can you give me the papers you filled out?" Jou asked politely.

Handing them over Yugi relaxed in his chair. His previous anxiety was diminishing, Jou seemed pretty decent already. His blonde hair was scraggy, Yugi noticed, but it still looked clean and taken care of. His dark, chocolate eyes shown nothing but care and interest as he looked over the papers in his hands. He hummed and nodded at points in the papers until he finally finished looking them over.

"So Yugi, normally a psychologist would just jump right into it, but I can already tell that you are a very timid person, so how about we start off slow before I even get into the diagnosis process."

Yugi smiled, "That would be nice, where do we start?"

"I was thinking we would start out with a little backstory from the both of us, you can choose who goes first."

Yugi tensed, "A-after you."

Jou leaned forward and placed a hand on the boys shoulder, "Hey, don't seize up on me now. Everything that is said in this room stays confidential alright?"

The teen nodded before relaxing and looking at the man, waiting for him to begin talking.

The blonde sat back in his chair, folded his arms across his chest, and opened his mouth to speak, "I was born in Brooklyn, New York twenty four years ago," that explained the weird accent.
