"Alena, magiging okay lang ba siya??"
My sister asked me for the hundredth time.
Ugh. Here we go again.
"She will be okay, Lyra. Hindi ko nilakasan ang will ko sa pagpapatigil sa kanya. Besides, alam mo namang ilang ulit na natin 'tong ginawa sa kanya, nanghihina lang siya if we use our powers against her, and vice versa. At nakita mo namang okay lang siya." I answered her back in my usual tone.
Napabuntong-hininga na lang siya sa sagot ko.
"Right. She will be okay."
Mabuti nalang at wala dito si Moma ngayon. She's at work now kaya save kami. Pag nagkataon na nakita niya ang itsura namin, she'll obviously faint from the sight. I just sighed.
I returned my eyes in the book I'm reading right now.
Well, What happened hours ago still bothers me.
Hindi ko lubos maisip ang mga nangyari kanina sa school.
If they didn't started it, then there won't be any regrets that something like that happened.
From the back, I can feel that Shea's giving off massive power from her eyes.
She's surrounded with black aura that is almost seemed visible.
Even though she's releasing a massive amount of power, that's only her basic abilities.
How much more if her eye color will change,
Tsk. Then that would be the end of the world. Literally.
You know, I have the ability to sense an individual and how amount his/her energy and power is stored and/or released by him/her.
By that, I can tell what he or she can do and what ability and power he or she has.
Nakita ko na noon nung minsang naging ganito si Shea,
And its one of her nightmares in life that keeps her haunting everytime.
Believe it or not, ayaw mo na siyang makitang maging ganun ulit.
But today,
I just witnessed that side of her again.
And again, in front of me,
I saw how a monster get out from the body of my sister.
Pinapalabas na naman niya ang matagal na naming tinatago at iniingat-ingatang di maipakitang kapangyarihan.
Nakita ko kung paano magdusa at maghirap ang mga babaeng kani-kanina lang, ay inapi at inaapak-apakan kami.
They were screaming in pain and begging to stop their sufferings.
Blangko lang silang tiningnan ng mahal kong kapatid.
But hidden in those empty stares,
is a curse which would eventually in just a blink, be the end of your life.
In just a mere second, you could lose your last breath and end up sleeping tightly in a man-made coffin.
In just a small gaze,
YOU WILL DIE...
