Three keys to happiness💫

What's life without happiness?Even though this duniya is temporary , it is important to keep ourselves happy and this is how we do it, by simply following the keys, there's just three keys to happiness;

Firstly and most importantly is the way we position our love. Love is in fact the main contributor to our happiness, it can either lead to our success or to our ruin, so the way we position it it very important.

When I say love I am not referring to just the love between two people, I am referring to every type of love ;love for wealth, love for status, love for family, love for our spouses, love for material objects and most importantly love for Allah Ta'ala. We need to position these 'loves' in its correct places in order for our life to be in order. Think of the heart as an object with different compartments, there is always one main compartment and the rest follow, the main compartment is used to keep the most precious, loved and beneficial object. Our heart is just the same, there's a chamber which is the main one reserved solely for one type of love, this place is for the love of Allah Ta'ala alone. If there is a different love in that place then something is definitely not right, things are not going to work out!
Here's an analogy ; one day you're off to work and you suddenly realize your petrol light goes on, so you immediately stop at a petrol station to fill up. You notice that the price of petrol has gone up so you decide to walk into the pit stop shop, and there you see the price of orange juice is much cheaper, so you think to yourself 'let me just fill my tank with orange juice today, it's much cheaper'. What's going to happen to the car ? You don't even have to be a mechanics to now; It's going to stop working, it's going to give you problems, it's going to be a burden for you, why? Because the tank is made for petrol not for orange juice! So similarly if you're going to replace that compartment with any other kind of love other then the love of Allah Ta'ala then you're never going to be happy, you will never be at peace and your life will be a mess. Love for other stuff have they own separate compartments which have been designed specifically for it.
Did you know that you can love your children in the wrong way? If you do everything for them and give them preference over Allah Ta'ala then you need to check your priorities again! Many people use they children as an excuse to miss or delay their salaah, they say 'I have to take my child here, I need to do this for my child....'
This is no excuse, your Salaah comes first, your link with Allah comes first. If you practice upon that that you've set a perfect example for your little one.

You cannot love something more then Allah Ta'ala because then it will be taken away from you.
A main reason of lives being ruined and hearts being shattered is because people are putting the love of something else in the place where the love of Allah is supposed to be. The love is in the wrong place, the love of Allah can never give you pain, and if you are feeling pain that means your love isn't positioned correctly, you need to check again!
How do you know if you have positioned your love correctly? This is your link with Allah Ta'ala, your salaah! Your salaah is very important five times a day, this is Allahs gift to us, he doesn't need it , we are the ones in desperate need of it. If we give something more preference then our salaah then we need to start worrying because our link with Allah is weakening, our love isn't positioned properly. When it's salaah time leave whatever you may be doing, this is your time with your creator, the only one who can ease your sufferings, improve your situation, give you all that you need and the only one who can answer the Duaas you were unable to put into words. The conversation between you and your maker should be the longest and most beautiful one so look forward to it. Please,your salaah is very important, it takes less than an hour and a half out of your 24 hour day. Read your salaah before it is read for you! Forget iphone5 rather focus on Ipray 5 times a day.

Secondly, know that this Duniya is temporary, you're just a traveler who will have to leave sooner or later, it's is nothing but a test from Almighty Allah.
Things were just put in this duniya for our survival and entertainment in our test. Do not spend your life lost in the affairs of this world, it's your opportunity to prepare for the hereafter.
One day we will all pass on, so this is why we should not spend our time in accumulating wealth and finding permanent enjoyment in this temporary world, which is a very common problem amongst the ummah nowadays, may Allah save us all!
