Naree and Darnell roamed around Baby Bloomers shopping for the twins. It hadn't hit Darnell until now that she needed twice of everything that she already had for the babies.

She and Don were hoping that they could use most of little Don's hammy downs but of coarse those things wouldn't be enough.

And what was the point of having twins if you couldn't dress them alike. So that meant more outfits, socks, bibs, pacifiers, and other essentials.

To the credit of their friends, they did receive some clothes and baby items from the gender reveal/baby shower but they really encouraged their guest that they didn't need anything. They just wanted to be surrounded by love ones and enjoy a good time celebrating the anticipated arrival of the twins.

"Dark wood or light wood?"

Naree asked as they approached the crib section.

"Light!" Don yelled out before Darnell could answer. Darnell had Don on FaceTime as they shopped in the baby store. At the time Don was at home putting together the babies changing table but wanted to make sure Darnell didn't go over board shopping for the twins.

Darnell just rolled her eyes watching Don take off the plastic wrapping from one of the legs of the changing table.

"Light it is I guess." Darnell gritted.

To say she was irritated was an understatement. Every time she went into her own world picking out outfits or deciding on which sheet sets she wanted for their beds, she would hear a "No, that's ugly." "Put it back." Or "We don't need that."

Naree just sat to the side laughing at the two. She knew that Darnell was getting antsy but it wasn't anything she could do and she wasn't gonna insert herself in to their drama either.

When it came to Don and Darnell she knew them long enough to know that they could argue for a minute and the next hour or so they would be right back on each other all lovey dovey.

How you think the twins were conceived?

"Nae do you see the cribs that transform into a full size bed?"

"Yeah these two are." She pointed to a white crib and then a light grey crib.

Darnell remembered how convenient it was when little Don grew they didn't have to buy him a toddler bed or a regular size bed. The three in one crib came in handy big time.

"Which one babe?"

"Let me see."

Darnell flipped the camera so it wasn't on her face but pointing to the two cribs on display.

"I like the grey one better."

"Grey it is." Naree scanned the bar code on the cribs sheet. Once they checked out she'll make sure to see if they could deliver it to the house or get Don to come and pick them up later.

"What else is there for us to get?"

Naree looked down at the list her, Darnell, and Don made before they left the house. In Don's words "It will help y'all asses stay on track and on budget". That gained a huge eye roll from Darnell.

"I saw these drapes I want to get for the twins room and bottle warmer." Darnell said scratching off the last two items on the list.

"We already have a bottle warmer Darnell." Don tried to be stern when he spoke. Darnell went overboard sometimes when it came to shopping and Don was ready to shut her down. He didn't want to seem controlling or over critical about what she spent her money on because at the end of the day, he couldn't tell was her money that she worked hard for.
