》 Hyungwon's POV 《

I made my way to the rooftop, just like what Hoseok and I talked about.

I opened the doors that made its way to the rooftop...

Oh, they're already here... Hoseok and Minah sat in a bench shyly interacting.

I creep in closer. Close enough to listen but not close enough to be seen. It seemed like they just got there.

Hoseok offered her a juice box and just sat there very shyly. How cute.

"Listen, uh..." Hoseok started. "There's something I wanna say, for a very long time..."

Hoseok took a deep breath. "Remember back in 8th grade when you were paired with Hyunwoo for a dance and I didn't talk to you until the day that it was being performed?"

"Well, I felt jealous. I felt jealous that someone was holding your hands and it wasn't me. So I'll say this to you straight. I liked you ever since we were classmates in 7th grade until now. The question now is, do you accept my feelings too, Minah?"

Minah did like Hoseok, yes. It was really clear back when we were still 8th grade. They would have constant interactions and both would react. They were perfect for each other.

"Y-yes. Yes, I d-do." Minah quietly said.

Hoseok's face was full of glee, you could clearly see it. I wish it was from me.

"Thank you so much." Hoseok says.

Minah smiled brightly. "I'll go now, will you come with me?"

"Uh, no. I'm waiting for someone." It must be me...

Minah waved goodbye and made her way to the doors. She's nearing me.

"Hyungwon?" She asks, seeing me looking away like I was going to go. "Hoseok might be looking for you."

"Yeah, sure." My voice was hoarse.

She left and I tried to wipe away my tears. I couldn't take it.

I'm sorry, Hoseok. I can't bare to see you today...
