From that moment, he knew he was in deep. He really loved the detective; his face would flush when even thinking about him and his heart would race rapidly.
He really found himself getting excited about the upcoming study date he had with the other. Even if it was just a study session, it was an excuse for him to hang out with the detective and just get to know him.
He sat in his classes throughout the day with a large grin on his face. Many had asked why he was so happy and he'd just come up with some bullshit excuse like he was thinking about space. While space made him happy, someone else made him happier.
Harukawa smirked at him. "Is he happy he got a date with Mr. Emo?" She teased him, running her fingers through her pigtails.
"It's not a date." He rolled his eyes, turning to her. "Besides, we're just studying for an exam. Nothing is going happen."
"But would you like something to happen?"
"I mean... It would be nice. He's so sweet you know? He's like an angel and everything he does just makes me... happy."
"And that's what makes this glorious. Now you can stop being so depressed." She punched his shoulder playfully.
"It's not my fault."
"It never is with you." She chuckled. "But I really think you should tell him soon. If you don't, you may lose your chance."
"Nah, that would never happen. Your girlfriend put in a word for me. I doubt she'd let him date someone before i got to him."
"That's ignorant."
"Ignorance is bliss isn't it?"
But a certain chatter ran rampant around the school.
But he remained ignorant to it. Mainly, he didn't want to believe it. He didn't want it to be true. It couldn't have been.
"Did you hear?"
