Not the same

Wendys ruinion

Wendy-- was confused, to say the least.
  one moment she was destroying ice and the next she was in front a huge guild.
The symbol on the front looked like a Dragon so Wendy assumed it was the Dragon Heart guild.

But how did she... How did she get there?
Wendy looked around for a moment before turning around and seeing him.

"Well, she finally notices me..." Gray mumbled looking sort of depressed. Wendy squealed and bowed immediately "I'm so sorry!" She said quickly.
(Anyone who gets that anime reference gets to be the next prime minister XD)

Gray chuckled.
"It's fine." He said walking towards her.

Wendy felt tears swell up as she remembered when they left.

Wendy had just gotten back from a mission and was greeted with complete silence. after Wendy had learned what happened she never forgave herself. She searched for them for days on end with no luck.

As Wendy hugged gray while crying her eyes out, she heard a very familiar voice. "Well well, Gray Fullbuster you never fail to amaze me..." Wendy turned to the voice immediately. "N-Natsu..." She stared at him.

He grinned his signature smile that seemed to light everything up. "Who else would it be!" Natsu laughed. Wendy almost cried hearing that nostalgic laugh.
Natsu came up to her and gray and smiled. "Good to see ya again," Natsu said patting her head.

Wendy scanned Natsu, his hair was up like it always was and his eyes seemed darker, and he had gotten taller, but other than that he was the same old Natsu.

Wendy couldn't take it anymore and hugged Natsu "I'm so so sorry Natsu!!" She said crying her eyes out. Natsu seemed surprised at first but then hugged back in a brotherly way.

"It wasn't your fault at all Wendy!" Natsu said as Wendy wiped her tears away.

After a moment gray cleared his throat. "Anyways we had a request," Gray mentioned grinning. Wendy stepped back and wiped her tears away "yes?" She asked curiously.

Natsu laughed "We want you to join Dragon heart!!"
And with that Wendy gasped.
"Join... I--"
Gray frowned "it's fine if ya don't but ya can't tell anyone--"
Wendy stomped her foot "O-of course I want to join! Fairy tail is so depressing and so weird without you two! Of course, I'll join!!!" She yelled at the two slayers.
(Authors question: What are they slayers of? Answer this and you get a shoutout ;p)

Natsu grinned and playfully punched gray "Dang you chose well." Gray rubbed his arm and sighed "well I can't hurt fairy tail that much before this war. And our friends are there so might as well try and recruit the people you don't wanna hurt." Gray said shrugging. Gray looked away and demented as if he was hiding something but Wendy couldn't tell or care, she was to busy processing what just happened.

"Also your clothes" Natsu mentioned. Gray looked down and realized he was only wearing shorts.
"HOW DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN!?!!" Gray screamed.
Wendy laughed, she finally felt home with these two around. "Now let's go get the stamp!" Natsu said grabbing Wendy and gray.
As Natsu dragged them into the guild all three of them were greeted with warm smiles and laughs.

"Welcome to dragon heart!" A girl with silver hair and red eyes said waving to Wendy. "I'm glad to see we have another member! Make yourself at home." She said smiling warmly. Wendy bowed "thank you!" She said.

Natsu grinned "that's Diane, also gray seriously clothes man. The children!" He said annoyed.

Gray sighed "I just gave up. Somehow it always happens..." Gray mumbled angrily.

People were laughing at his comment. "Oh no. My eyes. My precious eyes." Diane said sarcastically.

"Here we go again.." Someone said. Everyone starts to laugh as Gray and Diane started to fight over something that seemed like an inside joke.

Wendy laughed along with everyone and felt tears piling up in her eyes. This will be her home from now on. And she already loved it.
