Chapter 18

Annie's POV
"listen please, before you freak out. listen to what i have to say" i say gently.

"a few weeks ago when you guys were in Maryland, Carson invited us to a party, there was no drinking or anything, don't worry. but i went up to the bathroom and when i came out there was someone i recognized. i don't remember what they look like, at all. but they grabbed me and i blacked out. Hayden found me about an hour or so later and we went home. i don't remember anything from that night, but when i woke up I had the biggest headache ever. i was hungover, but i wasn't drinking. i didn't feel good at all and i started throwing up all over the place, i also had pains in my stomach. i thought it might just be my period or something and i should just ignore it. then today we went to the doctors because i was having such bad cramps, and the doctor said i was pregnant. i don't know who the father is. i'm so sorry" i say crying.

"then lately there was someone following me, stalking me, completely controlling my life and won't leave me alone, i can't figure out who it is." i add

"Come here" mom says and brings me into the biggest hug ever.

"i'm sorry"

"don't apologize it's not your fault." dad says hugging me.

"i don't want an abortion. i could never live with myself if i knew i hadn't gave my baby a chance" i say looking at my stomach.

"you don't have to, we're going to raise he/she right here in this house, together" mom says smiling.

"i'm glad you're not mad. i love you guys so much" i say wiping tears off my face.

"your turn" i say looking at Hayden.

a couple minutes later after chatting with my parents, we walk over to Hayden's house and knock on the door. Dylan answers.

"Hayden it's your house too, you don't have to knock" Dylan says laughing.

we walk into the living room and sit down.

Hayden's POV
"is dad home?" I ask.

"not yet, soon though. why?" Dylan asks

"Dyl, we have a problem." i say

"tell me"

"Annie's pregnant" i whimper.

"ARE YOU NUTS!?,DAD IS GOING TO KILL YOU" He says standing up.

"i know, he didn't even know we were, well- a thing" i say frowning.

"listen i'm sorry, i'll be here when he gets back, he will understand."

and with that dad walks in the door.

"Hey guys!

i looked at Annie and gave her that "do we have to" look.

"can you come here for a second please?"i asked dad.

"what's up?" he asked sitting next to Dylan.

"Please please don't get mad" i say.

"depends on what the news is." he replied.

that's when i knew he was going to flip out.

"we have a- well, problem" Annie says frowning.

"dad, Annie's pregnant." i blurt out

"what the hell" he says standing up.

"Hayden, i raised you better then that! get out of my house. now" he yells walking to the kitchen.

"dad i don't even know if it's mine." i say walking towards him.

"Hayden, i've heard enough, get out" he says frustrated.

"Dad"

"GET OUT HAYDEN"

"SHE MIGHT HAVE BEEN RAPED" i scream and storm out of the house.
i pull Annie with me.

"i'm so sorry Annie"

"Hayden. i love you, so much. we are going to get threw this together"

"thanks Ans, i love you" i say pecking her on the lips.

Annie's POV
"dad!" i holler as i walk in the house.

"do you think Hayden can, um stay with us for a while?" i ask.

"sure thing! where's jimmy going?" he asks.

"actually, he didn't take the news too well and he kind of kicked Hayden out" i say quietly.

"i'm sure there's enough room for him here" dad says while smiling.

we walk up to my room and climb into bed.

"today was something" i say to Hayden as i turn off the light.

"It sure was something."
