Chapter 12

Mula ng gabing nagdinner sila ni Andrew ay naging iba na ang pakikitungo ng boss sa kanya. Lagi itong tumatawag.. nagtetext at tuwing umaga ay pinapatawag siya nito sa office at binibigyan ng coffee. Na ipinagtataka naman ng dalaga ang mga ginagawa ng binata

“Coffee to jumpstart your morning beautiful” nakalagay ito sa sticky note na nakadikit sa coffee cup

“Hmmmn.” Ininom niya ang kape na bigay ng boss

“Oooooh.. mochachinno” pag classify niya sa coffe na bigay ng boss. Nung isang araw ay frappucino ang ibinigay sa kanya

“How d’you like your free coffee huh? Asar sakanya ni Veronica

“Uh… convenient I guess, no more coffee shops”

“I wish I had one too” si veron

“I’ll treat you later.. Starbucks Katips?” alok niya, matagal na rin silang hindi nagba-bonding

“It’s a daaaaate!” excited na tugon ni Veronica

“Okay, see you” at bumalik na siya sa cubicle niya with a smile

Lalong lumapad ang ngiti niya sa nakita sa texts niya

Andrew: Goodmorning beautiful, enjoy your coffee! J

Nagreply siya

Me: Thankyou very much! And by the way this is very convenient. J

Andrew: I’m glad you liked it

Di na siya nagreply, she didn’t like to be the last conversation’s text

Ininom na lamang niya ang kape at nagisip

“Bat kaya niya to ginagawa?” tanong sa sarili

“And he calls me beautiful everyday.. who wouldn’t like that?”

At nakita niya ang mga negatives na ide-develop niya

“Oh yeah, I almost forgot to do this”

At dumiretso siya sa dark room

*DARKROOM*

Binuksan niya ang ipod na nasa entry ng dark room at nagplay ang kanta in shuffle

*Playing I’ll make love to you*

Hinumm niya ang kanta habang binabad ang negatives sa solution

“hum, hum.. hum”

“I’ll make love to you, like you  want me too. When I hold you tight baby all through the night”

Kinanta niya ang lyrics ng biglang..

“Really?”

“Hnnggghhh!” napasinghap siya sa gulat nang makita ang boss na nakatayo pala sa likod niya

“S—sir?” napatanga siya sa nakikita.. kahit madilim ang kulay pula na ilaw ng darkroom ay nakikita niya ang kagawapu-han ni Andrew napaka kisig talaga ng katawan nito. Maputi at napaka gwapo talaga

“stop looking at me like that.. I can’t..” naputol ang sinabi nito

“Can’t.. what?” tanong niya

“Well, this is really awkward” she said again

“Hmmn, you know what? You’re really beautiful.” Si Andrew

“W—what? Sir don’t play games on me” sabi niya

“Di ka ba nagtataka kung bakit kita sinusuyo everyday?”

“The coffees? Iyon baa ng paraan mo? And the bracelet? The dinners?”

“Yes.”

“Well, in that case.. I really liked how you court me” she said boldly

“If that’s the case then..” he trailed off and kiss her fully.

Nagulat si Nicole sa ginawa ng binata pero she didn’t resist the kiss she didn’t kiss back either she just stood there.. and she’s like really amaze. In a daze because Andrew’s kissing her

Huminto si Andrew and she still stood there in awe

“Now will you be my girlfriend Miss Nicole Abueva? Lumuhod ito sa harap niya at kinuha ang kahetang nasa bulsa. Meron itong gold ring na may diamond na maliit sa gitna

“How can I say no? you’re already here.” Itinuro niya ang puso niya

“I didn’t know that you are this corney” asar ni Andrew sa kanya and he kissed her again and again and again. Lumabas ang dalawa ng dark room na mag kasintahan na.

“Opo maam, malinis po kaming magtrabaho. Hindi po masasayang ang ibabayad niyo” ang lalaki

“Good, just make sure to get Nicole Abueva dead or alive and bring her to me”

“Yes maam!”

She hung up, she wouldn’t let anyone to get in her way. Lalo na sa mga bagay that she wants to happen. Gusto niyang patayin si Nicole sa biglang pagsulpot nito sa buhay nila.

“Magsisi ka sa mga ginawa mo.” She talked to herself while spinning the glass wine and she drank it

“Hindi ko hahayaan na ang isang katulad mo ang sisira saken, samen!” she threw the glas that shattered into pieces at nagtungo siya sa labas ng bahay

Sino kaya ang nagbabalak ng masama? at bakit? Malalaman sa susunot na kabanata..
