Emma controls the weather, but when a strange girl wanders out in the middle of a storm, she starts abusing her powers, making it rain endlessly in hopes of luring the girl out once more. Alex crawls out of the underworld and demands that she stops, but she does not. She'll draw out the girl eventually... one way or another
