Morgan was now in her dorm, under the bed, hoping that Caine and his group of people wouldn't find her. A whole search for her was now underway. And with there being no sign of adults anywhere, she knew if she got found that she would wind up with a broken nose, or worse. The door to her dorm opened, and she heard voices. "They've got to be here, it's the only place that they could hide." It was Dekka. Morgan felt like her heart stopped.

She saw only their footstep silhouettes, but she heard closet doors being opened, draws being rummaged in, sheets being lifted. But they weren't looking under beds. Every time they came near her location her heart rate increased wildly. If they find me, I'm dead she continued to think repeatedly, before it turned into please don't find me. It was a while before they considered leaving, and when they said so, Morgan instantly felt relieved. She even let out a small grin and a shuffle.

Big mistake.

A feather slowly swayed down from the bed above her, drifting right past her nose. It tickled her ever so slightly, putting her in a very dangerous situation.

Morgan was going to sneeze.

She held her breath, her throat urging her to sneeze, while she was looking for something to sneeze into. There was a pillow under the bed next to her, but if she reached for it, she would be noticed. She had to wait until they left. Patiently, Morgan gritted her teeth, pinched her nose, trying not to sneeze. Her lack of breathing was making her dizzy. Maybe she'd pass out and not get noticed at all, just unconscious and unmoving. Until she wakes up and inevitably woke up and hit her head. "Well, there's no one here." Dekka finally said, and paced towards the door. Morgan was relieved to hear that she would be able to breath, and the moment that the door closed behind Dekka, she sneezed.

"Did someone just, sneeze?" Someone said, then Morgan realized that the door hadn't have closed, but was re-opened and there were still people in the room. She was officially screwed. "Yeah I heard it too" Someone else said. Morgan began hyperventilating even more. "The beds! We didn't look under the beds!" Dekka exclaimed. Morgan swiveled around, no longer caring if she was heard, and reached out to the bed beside her, no longer caring if she was seen. She grabbed two things, a large glass marble and a heavy, dirty stick that was probably found on a school trip.

Morgan saw Dekka and two others re-enter the room, and knew she had to act now, or get caught. She aimed the marble, and threw it towards the door. The glass window in the door cracked, slithered to spread to the corners. "What the." One of the people said. The searchers moved to the door, and Morgan made her move. She scrambled out from underneath the bed and sprinted to the other end of the long room, where there was a ceiling high window. Before looking back at the distracted searchers, she jabbed the stick in the bottom left corner of the window.

Jab. It slithered.
Jab. It started so crackle.
Jab. The whole thing shattered.

Morgan looked down, thank God she was only on the first floor. "Hey! She's right there!" The sun shone into the room, and Morgan immediately knew she wasn't going to get away from here anonymously. Her hair! She had to cover her hair. Morgan had no hood as she was still in her uniform, so she just used her hands. There were people were running to her, so she looked back. They were one step away from her. "It's Morgan!" Dekka yelled. Someone tried to grab her collar, but but Morgan was a split second quicker.

Morgan jumped, out of the window, and instantly found herself tumbling down. Everything was in slow motion as the ground drew nearer to her. Aa she fell, she found herself leaning forward, she was going to land in a very awkward position. She winced as she hit the ground with a thud On her feet, but using her hands to stable her. She was on grass, but her tights were torn and her hands were bleeding. Looking back up at the window, she saw people looking down at her. They stared at each other, both in shock that Morgan has gotten away with that fall without breaking her neck. She looked up at the people staring down at her, and they turned and ran, most likely towards her. Every thought hit her like a truck, how she was no longer safe her, if she stayed she would probably get injured or even die. Morgan had to flee, and she no time to pack. Now knowing her plan of action, she scrambled up to her feat and ran. She hoped to go round the back of the school and leave without anyone noticing her, but that wasn't going to work. She had to leave with a bang.
