The fall of Loki

Chapter 6

After a few minutes of walking you reached the ice cream parlor. As you went in Loki was all excited and jumpy.

"Loki don't be to obvious" you said while going to the counter.

"What flavor do you want?" You ask.

"It comes in different flavors?" He asks excitedly.

"Yes now pick one already so we can eat" you giggle.

"I'll have that one" he points to the vanilla ice cream and then to banana and strawberry toppings.

"Hey that's my order too" you say.

"We'll have 2 of vanilla with banana and strawberry." You say to the cashier.

A few minutes later you got your order.

"This is great. I mean for a midgardian​. This wouldn't please a god." He says clearly enjoying his ice cream.

"Oh really?. Then hand me your ice cream your highness. It seems​ that you don't like it" you playfully say trying to grab his cold treat.

"Hey stop that (y/n)"he says all annoyed.

"Yeah yeah I'll stop, by the way if you want we could go to my apartment and watch a movie or get pizza." You say.

Your apartment is just a few blocks away and you only used it when you want time alone or when your family visits since they don't know about the whole being an avenger thing.

"Are you asking me on a date puny mortal?" He playfully asks with a smirk on his face.

"Hey now, it's not a date." You say sticking your tongue out.

"Yeah whatever" he says following you out the store.

-TIME SKIP-

"Here we are." You say while opening up the door to your apartment.

"What a lovely place darling" he says checking out the living room.

"Well not really" you say basically flopping on the couch.

Loki followed and sat on the couch still eating his treat.

"So you wanna watch tv?" You say.

"What's a tv?" He asked. It's like talking to a kid only stuck in a God's body.

"Here" you turn on the tv and grab the remote.

"What do you want to watch?" You ask Loki.

"Anything you want love" you were trying to hide how affected you were by him calling you love.

"Why don't we watch a horror movie!" You excitedly say while putting on your favorite horror movie.

-TIME SKIP -

An hour into the movie and you're so focused on watching that you didn't realize that he's already covering his face with a pillow.

"Is the God of Mischief scared?" You teased him.

"U-um no." You giggle as he tried to act all strong.

"I see why you're the God of Lies too" you laugh not noticing the upcoming jumpscare about to happen.

The killer suddenly shows up on screen and Loki suddenly scream. You laughed at the sight of Loki being all cute and scared.

"Ahh!" He screamed and hugged you hiding his head behind your back.

You didn't know what to do. Your heart started beating fast and everything went still.

"Uh uh Loki?" You say stuttering and patting his back.

"Oh" he said letting go of the hug.

"You seem so chill" you mock him and laugh.

"Stop it (y/n) or I'll kiss you" he said while looking into your eyes seriously.

You said nothing.

"That's what I thought" Loki flashed that famous smirk on his face.

After the movie you decided to go back to the headquarters because it was getting late and the others might realize that you're no longer there.
